PrimeTime Donair & Poutine

Tried Spruce Grove location twice. First time was for donairs, super yummy! Tonight we tried beef and chicken donair poutine. Delicious! Major downfall the meat was burnt. You could taste it every couple of bites and cut up your mouth. Will definitely return but will have to ask for a little less burnt next time 😅

The donairs were excellent. Great flavour, good portions. The poutine looked amazing, but didn’t get to try any, as my lunch mate ate it too fast! I was too full anyway. Will definitely try next time.

Today I went to the location in Northgate mall and they served me a extremely RAW chicken burger!!!

Food was great. Hot, fresh and good sized portions loaded in a fresh wrap.

Too much sauce? Always=its a donair. If the sauce isnt running up my arm its a fail. 5 Stars for too much sauce.

Did it fall apart as I ate it? YES donairs just do this. To be worthy of such scrumptious delight you must endure some hardship at the end as pennance for having such great pleasure.

Was the pita dry? NO because i had lots of sauce. If it was to dry I would take it back instead of choking it down and crying about it after. Cuck.

No gravy? Try not showing up right before closing. AND complaining you didnt get CRINKLE fries and got straight fries?
What are you? 6 years old? Its a chunk of potato-next you will complain the fries didnt come with instructions on which end to eat first.

Were the staff speaking to fast, shouting or otherwise disinterested in my existence? Dont care, they make the food and I eat the food. A faint smile and a nod is all I expect. The bedwetters that complain about the staffs lack of bedside manner should go elsewhere, maybe a daycare or just scroll tiktoks with puppies till they feel better about themselves.

The kitchen is hot, people are lined up, fans are blasting and that stupid covid barrier probably makes it impossible to hear the incoherant mumblings from people when they order.

Finally to the newt who complained about a 5 minutes serving time...Do you think this stuff just pops out of a vending machine in the back? If had a 30 minute break and time was a concern I would BRING MY OWN FOOD to work or just EAT FASTER instead obsessing over my Grindr alerts.

small size , too expensive,they don't offer cups for water like every other dine in offers you have to buy a drink.

while the food was good, the donairs are tiny. can get a much larger portion anywhere else for the same price. won't likely go back sadly

Bad custumer service

I tried other locations in the city, but to my surprise this location tasted the best. Me and my family loved it.

Sure wish I had read the reviews before ordering a regular Donair with cheese.Pita was half crunchy.Meat was dry and cubed. Tasted old.Now I consider myself a Donair guy and this location is doing “Prime Time” dirty.Terrible Donair. They threw it together like it’s just a job. No real care at all.

NORTHGATE..The ladies are really rude on the front, i usually eat here but today the food was stinking and i couldnt eat it..

I went there today and I asked if they had crinkle cut fries. They answered yes. I said oh cool can I get fries and gravy to go please? They said oh we don't have any gravy. I asked well can can I get a poutine thinking that a bigger sale may make gravy happen. The staff stated I just said we don't have gravy and we can't make a poutine bc we close in half an hour. So I ordered a small fries thinking I would at least get an order of crinkle cut fries that I came for. They rang them in and I waited I came back n they said next window please so I took my fries and went away I opened them and they were straight cut costco fries! not crinkle cut like I was expecting so I went back and asked if they had crinkle cut fries she said yeah but we only use those for poutine I said yeah poutine that u won't make bc you close in half an hour. Disappointed in thier attitude and service a smile or some decent customer service would have went a long way but obviously they wanted to close and not serve and to not be nice about it either. Not returning would give zero stars if I could.

$31 for a donair and a small poutine.I've never had donair meat in large square chunks before, it's always been shaved. Their style of donair meat makes it extremely messy and difficult to eat. The donair wasn't wrapped properly so that added to the mess.You could tell that the employee didn't really care for her job or tbe people she worked for either.

hands down one of the best places to get donairs and poutine's ever love their food and great service will definitely be back
