PrimeTime Donair & Poutine

best fries anywhere hands down...they just added smash burgers to menu...1 of the best Ive ever had...YOU GOT TO EAT HERE...

Tried Spruce Grove location twice. First time was for donairs, super yummy! Tonight we tried beef and chicken donair poutine. Delicious! Major downfall the meat was burnt. You could taste it every couple of bites and cut up your mouth. Will definitely return but will have to ask for a little less burnt next time 😅

We always get the donair poutine spicy fire level 6. The last 2-3 times we ordered it it was waaaaay too spicy! 2 days ago the beef donair salad was too spicy, today the shwarma wrap and the beef donair poutine was extremely spicy, we usually get level 6, but because of last time we got level 5, but it is still too spicy! It feels like my throat and stomach is on fire. I couldn't eat more than half of my meal because of the spice.

Please fix this and make it as you did in the past!!

I come here at least once a week for a large Beef Donair and it's good. However, you have to pay attention to what "size" pita they are giving you (not all staff try and rip you off) but there was this one guy, who kept an eye on what I was tipping. I DONT TIP unless they are serving me at a Table. Twice he gave me a regular instead of a large I always order.
BTW - when are you fixing the overhead menu. the 1st screen always is off (screen saver kicks in). Has been like this for months! That's why Service 3* . Does not reflect staff working there. Oh yes, you might want to tell them to speak English so we understand. Thx.

The donairs were excellent. Great flavour, good portions. The poutine looked amazing, but didn’t get to try any, as my lunch mate ate it too fast! I was too full anyway. Will definitely try next time.

The donairs always taste great but the portion size was brutal. I understand times are tough but it’s tough for us too. I paid $17 for a large donair and it barely had anything in it. It’s super disappointing because I wasn’t even full after I ate it. If it stays like this I will definitely not be coming here anymore.

Today I went to the location in Northgate mall and they served me a extremely RAW chicken burger!!!

I feel like the care is less and less everytime. Went to get a chicken donair poutine today n it was dry n tasteless. I even asked for more sweet n spicy sauce and it’s as though they put less. I even added more gravy n still dry. Why? Is it lack of care ? It’s so sad. I paid 35 $ for a poutine n donair for it to be dry and tasteless. This is sad. Trying to feed my kids with limited amount of money and we can’t even enjoy. Done going here. My kids and I love prime time but sadly this will be the final straw.

Beef Donair with pineapple ? burst chunks and sweet sauce with sauté onions & green peppers with fresh chopped tomatoes.... Was soo delicious I highly recommend. Nice polite people working here tonight too. Thanks fellas for a tasty meal!

Worst prime time. Can’t follow simple instructions of my food restriction. Wasted my time and money.

No customer service lame employees. I recommend to all of you to try jewersalam shawarma it’s a better alternative

My family loves coming here. Great team. Super friendly. I purposely come here after receiving incredible service from the owner. Love it here. No complaints. Only a recommendation.

Ordered a chicken shawarma don’t eat the garlic sauce caused some issues after eating some how they don’t include hot sauce that is an extra charge... The wrap was pretty bad as soon as you try unwrapping like a regular shawarma everything falls out spilling everywhere. I assume because they wrap it like a taco ( just folded in half then one layer of thin tinfoil). Once you unwrap the portion that’s not in the baggie it all comes out and spills. The poutine although the fries were fried fresh were undercooked and not seasoned in seemingly old oil. Gravy had clumps in it and fountain drinks were all out of stock.. Would not recommend this location for shawarma or poutine. Save your $20!
