They made a mistake but they sincerely apologize & corrected it.They made a mistake with my order in the past, and I called them to correct it. Why would I pay for something else, but I got something else, which was a sauce, and they accepted that mistake, I did not imagine that they would remember their mistake for the next time, when I did order after that mistake happened, they remembered and offered me their apologies for the last time. It's a great achievement and great pride for the business they have. If they remember their mistake and correct them next time, it's a great achievement, a round of applause for themselves because none, all others, do the same. So thank you very much.I appreciate the business and your dignity.They also wrote me a little note. This place has the best Indian food in Canada I've so many different Indian restaurants but Punjab sweets has the most friendly staff and best food across the country ..there have been positive changes since the new ownership ... Best sweets specially gulab jamun are my favorite .. Shocked seeing some negative reviews ..there dine in or take out service is amazing plus they always have halal food ...

Yesterday in Evening I visit to punjab resturant. I bought samosa .that was very yummy also the staff kiran was very nice and good dealing with me with a cute smile. I prefer all to visit there. Alots of parking space .thanks punjab resturant team ?
