Q Tea Bubble Tea & Waffles

This is by far the BEST place for quality bubble tea. I’ve been coming to the store since they started about 26years ago in Chinatown and followed them to west ed mall. Don’t skip out on the real fruit avocado with lychee pieces!!

i always order a dragon fruit boba for my brother and i always love seeing the little heart or smiley faces on the order paper, it’s so cute and it just makes me believe they put so much effort into their drinks, even the staff are so amazing.

One of the best in the city. Real, fresh ingredients including my fav, the real taro- not too sweet like the purple powder (which they have as well). And staff is so friendly!

Taro bubble tea with tapioca was great. Nothing wrong with that

I ordered a real fruit mango bubble tea (which I got charged for - $8), and they gave me a the “not real” powder version, and now my stomach hurts. It isn’t even bright yellow. Was looking forward to this too. Wish I was at least given the option since their menu was very boldly stating REAL FRUIT (on their very top first menu). I don’t even know fake fruit was an option….

Love that they have durian flavour!

My go to for boba when im in Edmonton at West Edmonton Mall! Drink comes out within few minutes after i pay.

So far the honey green tea and red bean slush has been good 👍 👌.

Taro milk tea with lychee jelly and the banana & oreo. Both were very good.

Best bubble tea. They use actual fruit and not garbage powder. Great place! Go!

Bought two real fruit smoothies that had evidently gone bad (coconut milk). We make smoothies at home with coconut milk so we do know if something's off. Instead of apologizing and replacing, we were dismissed with a nonsensical explanation by the cashier on duty (Between 2 - 4 pm, Good Friday, 2024). When a customer is not satisfied with the product, even more so when it is an edible item that's gone bad and can potentially result in a bad stomach, or what have you - the merchant should be responsible for correcting the issue either by replacement or a refund. Good customer service will always have customers coming back. However in this case, you've lost some. Keep at it, and you'll continue losing more.
