Best donairs since I came from eastcoast not to mention the poutine amazing.

Having passed this restaurant many times over the years, I decided to give it a try. It's not a bad place, but I'm unlikely to return. The prices are comparable to other similar places in the area but the portion sizes are much smaller. I'd guess 40-50% less meat in the donairs. Services was quick and the food tasted great. The container for the poutine was crushed and leaking by the time we got home, with cheese stuck to the lid and gravy dripping out. The restaurant itself could some repairs and is showing its age. Overall the meal was ok but there's better a few blocks away

First time coming to this place and 2nd donair place I've been to in the city, we got a super cheese donair (which was missing the cheese I think), regular mixed donair and chicken poutine. The meat was good but the sauce was a little too sweet for me to really enjoy, the place itself was clean but it looked a little worn out and could use some work. Oh and the poutine container got crushed on the way home by the donairs, definitely not very sturdy so if you get takeout don't put anything on top of the containers.

I've been coming to this location off and on for about the last 14 years. It has always been the best donair place in all of Edmonton. And finally the people are recognizing it. It must have been about 4 years since I was there last, but used to go there probably once every 3 months when I'd travel from Calgary to Edmonton for work. Gotten a new job and not getting up North very often but having done so this last weekend, I had to make a pilgrimage to my favorite place. Lo and behold, still in the scummy area still looks a little skeezy but damn. Do they make a great Donair! The three cheese is still King.

The donairs are that perfect mix of slightly crispy yet moist and tender. Hot meat and cold lettuce mixed in a great ratio. One of, if not the best donairs I've ever had.
