Hadn't had Quiznos in a long time, always enjoyed it. Yesterday l ordered from them for delivery. Of every place l have ordered food from l have never seen such garbage and l order a lot. I'm thinking that they must be going out of business and don't care about the quality of food anymore. The first sub place in Edmonton was Mr. Sub and it's still the best quality of any sub place. I would have placed Quiznos 2nd years ago but the recent experience puts them below 711 subs, that's the lowest of lows. Noticed 2 great reviews and clearly they're of the same culture. Acceptable for some people definitely not acceptable by Canadian health and quality standards.

It was mentioned that sandwiches is individually wrapped. The ones I got was not. 20 3” sandwiches the ones I got was barely 2.5”. Provided with pepper and plates.I had to ask for them. It would have cost me cheaper to buy 5 large sandwiches and cut it myself if I only knew I would be disappointed. Food was cold when I pick it up 5 mins later than the scheduled time. I even gave 20% tip!!! Never again I’m ordering from this place..

You know what really chaps me about getting bad food from a place? The fact that you KNEW it was cold, soggy and not edible and didn’t care. Like how do you knowingly send out food that is not only made wrong but cold and soggy from sitting for who knows how long? Way to be guys, way to be.

I specifically asked for peppers and when I got home in the bag, there was no peppers of course we paid $40 for our subs and they couldn't even do a simple thing as put a simple few little peppers. I will never go back there again. Terrible terrible terrible place.

My chicken bacon guac had no bacon, had mold on the bun and she added lettuce even when I asked not to. This store has a serious hygiene problem. I won't be getting quiznos ever again. My stomach is turning. Threw out the rest of the sandwich when I saw mold.

Horrible location. Ordered two (2) regular size bug fat Greek subs. The app clearly states that it is $11.99 each, yet they charge $14.99 each. I had also redeemed an offer for $5 off. When I disputed the cost and showed the app, all she said was oh the prices went up. 20% increase? I then showed the app and repeatedly her response was oh they raised the prices. Finally she reduced the price to $11.99, but the turned around and said my offer was no longer eligible because it was already redeemed. Absolutely ridiculous. They dont even scan your app to get the points, because they are greedy. All in all I get home, eat the sub, and see this nasty dirty butt of the lettuce come out of my sub. Never visit this place ever again. Nobody should. Much better location down the road from this one.

I started to go to Quiznos again this summer, because of their Lobster Roll menu. But today I had a bad experience going to South Commons location. I took my kids to try it out, we purchased two sandwiches, then when I was trying to pay in cash $100. The server/cashier (Gill) was not accepting my payment because for the reason that they didn’t have change for the said bill. I responded that it’s already 7pm and she still have no change for my bill $100. Then she responded to me that last time she accepted a $100 bill, it was fake, I told her that’s not should be a customer concern that she can’t identify a real or fake bill, and added that customers have the right to pay cash. She (Gill) insisted that I should pay debit. When I said to her that I only have cash, she laughed and talked to the other server in the counter in (Punjabi) and said rude comments. The server/cashier (Gill) has no idea that I can understand Punjabi language. This all happened in front of my kids, the first bad experience from this location was few weeks ago, when I was in this location 10:15am and the store was still closed, when their store window indicated that they open 10:00am weekdays. I will never go to this location again, rude staff and bad service.

I watched both ladies leave the building and take out trash. Returned with gloves on and started to prep my food. I suggested she changed gloves. And that wasnt an option for me. This location needs to be shutdown and retrained on canadian health standards.
Best sandwich in the town. I tried their black angus steak sandwich and it was very very good. Their customization is less than subway which I liked and quality and price is way better compared to subway. Loved it.
