Felt bad not leaving a tip, but they made my specifically gluten free sub with regular bread after I had instructed them seven times to use gluten free bread. I believe there was a language barrier, but this is not my problem. Will not be coming back to this location.

Compared to the Kingsway location… The sub looked SO cheaped out on. We order 2 9inch subs, they were ALOT smaller and we noticed when we got home usually we eat in store but we got to go. They were 2 6inch subs. With barely there innards.

Used to be the only one I'd go to but today hubby went and got a 9". He's not one to complain. Paid $12 and change for it, got more pissed off driving home as he's looking at it. Came home and measured and it was 7". It's NOT our "go to"one anymore.
Would NOT recommend getting broccoli cheddar soup from Quiznos. Gross and rubbery, tastes like cheezwhiz with 2 small particles of broccoli.I'm not sure if anyone else experienced this but added bacon to a sub ordered online and instead of strips of bacon my sub was loaded w bacon bits that should have been in a Caesar salad. Gross. In what world do bacon bits go on a sub?My veggies guacamole sub was dry and 90% onions and bacon bits. Barely any guacamole or mushrooms or other toppings. Very dissatisfied

My family and I love coming here. We love the food and the great service. The place is ALWAYS CLEAN! I love how the bread is fresh. I love the portions. And my favourite part is the pepperoncini. This place is so underrated. And a bitten gem. I say that because I've been to other locations and I didn't get the same experience. But this place is AMAZING. if you know, you know! We are here every 2 weeks for a treat. Tipping is something we do for a restaurant where they seat us, take our order at the table, serve food to us, etc. it is not something a fast food place should be asking. My tip to you is asking for a tip got you a one star review and I will never shop at your sub shop again.
