Having ordered from here a couple times I don't think they've ever got an order correct. If there's something to get wrong they'll find a way to do it. I have never not had to contact uber support for a refund. Do yourself a favour and just steer clear.

Sub has maybe two pieces of Turkey on it. The lady drowned it in sauce and barely put any veggies in it. Sub was 99% sauce. Waste of money.

I'd give a zero if I could. Ordered a club sub. Cheddar cheese is American cheese, not real cheddar. The description said bacon, but it was some sort of bacon bits. The lady that made it threw the toppings on like she was throwing them in the garbage. I guess she wasn't far off because that's where it ended up. I guess I'm going to pay for dinner again tonight. Very disappointed.

I'm not a resident of Edmonton but this Quiznos was close to the train station. I had a 3 hour wait before I caught my train out....so I came here to eat and kill time. I bought a full sub meal....plus soup. Service was horrible and very racist....garbge place. I will never recommend spending money here.

Got a sub today for lunch to go and the lady behind the counter must’ve thought I ordered a soup because she literally put the whole bottle of sauce on my sandwich. Literally disgusting. Got home and it’s leaking through the package and the bread is soaked. I’ve probably used like 10-15 napkins just wiping the end of my sub that’s leaking sauce.
Definitely the last time I visit a Quiznos. How hard is it to make a sandwich properly seriously?!?

Went there for lunch From the moment I walked in, it was evident that customer service was not a priority. There was only one employee at that time and she was preoccupied, either engrossed in a phone call or listening to music through her AirPods. This distraction likely contributed to the overall lack of attentiveness and poor customer service experienced making the ordering process frustrating and time-consuming. Rather than removing the device out of her ear she was making us to repeat everything louder To add to the disappointment, the restroom facilities were far from clean. It was evident that they had not been properly maintained, with unflushed toilets and dirty sinks. This lack of cleanliness was not only off-putting but also a concerning reflection of the restaurant's overall standards of hygiene.

Every bite was a celebration of Italian flavors done just right. And let's not forget about the Honey Bacon Club. It was a blissful blend of sweet and savory, with crispy bacon, succulent turkey, and a drizzle of honey mustard that brought everything together in perfect harmony.
