This was my first visit to Quinos in Capilano. I ordered the daily special, which was the 9" Classic Italian. My photos do not quite do the sandwich justice, as it did have very good flavor. For ordering the deal(sub) of the day, you do get good value for your money. Thanks Quiznos, and Quiznos employee. I will be back.

This was the first time I have had Quiznos and I must say I was very dissapointed. The service was poor, I stood there waiting to order for a minuet or two before I was even acknowledged,, then there was no smile or anything. The young lady at the cash was so slow and never did acknowledge me until it was time to pay and again no smile or anything. They are quite unorganized, she went back and forth fromher station to the other station 3 or 4 times putting salads together, which made it take longer than it should have. As to my sandwich I thought they were supposed to be toasted, if mine was it was extremely lightly toasted if at all. I will probably never try Quiznos again
I asked very politely yesterday to add a little extra sauce on a charbanara , instead they didn't put any , so today I'm going back to get the 5 dollar tip ,
The two girls working there on Thursday were so attentive and gave me the best customer service I’ve received in a while. They were extremely nice and I left with an amazing chicken carbonara sub. I’m never going back to Subway, this is my new home.

Went in today for a sub got the honey bacon club and it is usually good but this time I only received three slices of meat on my sub. I’m not sure if I’ll return to this location in the future

I came to this location while running some errands mid afternoon and sat inside to eat. It was complelty empty inside, and I didn't see any take out orders going out while I was there. I was so grossed out by how dirty the dining area was. (Floors, tables, washroom, garbages) I didn't finish my food bc I'm pregnant and started to think that if they are OK with leaving the front this gross what does the back look like?

Ordered the chicken carbonara which was hardly toasted. She put lettuce on it which I didn’t ask for and not much sauce. Not impressed the prices go up but quality goes down
