I went this location Today Wednesday evening time i ordered a sandwich when i opened sub i found a hair...... This is second time i found hair in my food;;;; It seems like they do not care about customers health . That was very discusting...!!! No friendly environment..the lady was working there very rude.. improve customer service. .... No hand soap in washrooms!!!! You lost a regular customer..... Will not recommend anyone to go this location.

I went today for lunch, absolutely disgusting environment, my friend and I went to use the fountain pop machine and the pop machine has actual mold hanging off of it…. We asked for refund and the employees when showed the mess did not seem to care and gave us a cash refund, Pop machine is sat in a dried up liquid mess on the counter that looks weeks old, there is a random keurig on the counter beside the pop machine that’s container for water is so cloudy it probably hasn’t been cleaned in months. There is a weird smell when you walk in, not of cheese or bread but it just smells musty? We left with our food and could not even stomach eating it with the idea of “what else are they not cleaning???” So we tossed out our almost $30 order…. We should have honestly went and gotten a refund for it but there was no point in ever going back there. I do not recommend going to eat there as you may get very sick or some sort of bug from the cleaning standards I just witnessed.

I notice a lot of negative reviews from the last year, me and my wife came here three times in the last 2 weeks. Food was good every time. Price is on par with other similar sub shops. The 2 girls that work there were great, yeah they weren’t super friendly or talkative but they did their job and I got my food fast. The chicken isn’t the best but it’s what I expect. The lunch meat ones are great, meatballs etc all the sauces are great! Men’s bathroom could be cleaner. That’s about it

I ordered 2 subs from here last night had 2 bites and both of us threw them in the garbage. Not only did they taste absolutely horrible they both had some sort of slimy liquid dripping from them resembling SPIT! you people are lucky I didn't come down there and return the disgusting garbage you call food. Absolutely pathetic!

You would think ordering when they first open you would receive freshness, well absolutely not at this location!The bread was stale, no taste what so ever. And don't even bother responding and telling me its fresh. I work in the food and beverage industry and these subs were absolutely disgusting!Besides the bread being stale, the toppings were few and far between. Paid for extra toppings that we definitely did not receive. Peppercorn steak tasted like you were chewing on a rubber band. Never again will I order from this location! I will stick to Manning!!!

I ordered a large 12" classic italian sub on December 5th (Capilano Mall location) by skip the dishes. When I opened it, I found a hair in it!!!! I had to throw it out. It is now December 19th and I tried to contact Quizno's by the website below & it does not exist LOL!!!

Usually good food but have noticed within the last year the just dump the soup in a bowl and warm it in the nice microwave. I ordered soup and it wasn't hot at all. Staff always seem in a bad mood, no friendly greeting. I think management changed because the couple that did work here did a way better job.

The vegetables wernt fresh, the lady who made the sub had an attitude and she couldn't scan my redeemed points and had to pay. Not impressed. Not going back to this particular location.

Ordered from uber eats, 4 sandwiches, only received 2, the very kind uber driver went back to see what happened and they wouldn't give him the other 2 sandwiches. Horrible customer service, I will never eat at this establishment again, you can tell they're a bad place with a 3.7 star rating, I hope this one drips them down further.

Terrible service. I clearly asked for white bread knowing it has no dairy. Clearly ordered subs with no cheese because of dairy allergy. Got home and sandwiches made with Italian herb which HAS milk ingredients. I went back and asked to be remade but staff person said they asked if i wanted italian and I said yes after I said white bread. I didn't know they were different. After driving back and asking to have sandwiches remade, I was told I have to pay for new sandwiches that it was my error. No chance. You just lost a customer with a family.
