Service here is deplorable. I didn’t even have two seconds to look at the menu before the young female clerk was barking at the one other person in line for not being ready to place an order. I politely said I wasn’t ready when the employee raised both her arms and screamed ‘NEXT!’ when there was no one else waiting to order. I was so shocked at the rudeness I simply walked away

I’m sorry the employee was having a bad day, but she shouldn’t be outright rude and unprofessional towards people. That’s one way to turn customers off from your business.

The other person who was first waiting in line when I arrived at the counter must have felt the same, as they saw me in line elsewhere and commented on how rude the employee was.

The spicy salty chicken was greasy and might have been chicken. The BBQ pork was cold, the chow meain was a gooey. I paid nearly 17$ for a half size container, first and last time.

Excellent food by Steve. He is one reason we come to quick wok. Excellent service too. I am a frequent customer. I come there thrice a week. However, his service makes me buy food from here every time I come to the Kingsway mall.

He is asset to quick wok. I’m a very happy customer. The food quality is amazing. Keep up the good work Steve.

Food is usually good, this time is was dry, tasteless, and girl portioning and taking my payment was the worse attitude. If you don't like serving, get out, you can't even smile, do not work in the service industry!!! August 20, 4:15-4:45

Ordered around 4pm, the guy who portioned my food was very welcoming but the girl who assisted my payment was very RUDE. I asked if they give out mall discount since I worked in the mall, and she said no which was fine by me. I smiled at her and told her “no problem” but when I asked for 2 chopstick (since me and my mom are sharing) she THREW 1 not 2, which I kindly asked for, 1 chopstick on the counter and immediately turned her back on me. Mind that I work in the mall and I know that it is unacceptable to just throw things in front of the customers. It is very rude on my part to see that kind of service, thank you for the guy who helped me and no thank you to you lady. I

I don’t know what, but there’s something wrong with the oil. I ordered the noodles and chicken, noodles were average in taste and the chicken was pathetic, too hard to chew and after having just two pieces of chicken and some of the noodles, my throat got sore. I ended up by throwing the whole meal. Wastage of money. Don’t recommend at all.

Awesome food, eat here everytime im in Edmonton. The staff member who served me was friendly and helpful on that day. Went today and staff member stood there playing on cell phone ignoring me standing waiting to order. I wont be back!
