Chicken was fresh cooked, very hot, very crispy. I ordered all white and it was cooked perfect, still nice and moist. They have Tatters but no regular french fries. Tatters were very good. Gravy needs some work as it has very little flavour, but that is a pretty small gripe on an overall great meal.

Food came out very fast at 1:30 and it was busy as heck. You order at the counter and the guy taking orders was very friendly, even brought my order to the table.

Not fancy decor but comfortable and CLEAN. Lots of parking and lots of room for dine in. They are also nearly 30% cheaper than Mary Brown or KFC. Chicken is way better than KFC, Churches or Popeyes and on par with Mary Brown, which is my favourite franchise fried chicken. Three pieces all white with Tatters AND gravy was S14.50. No upcharge for all white or all dark.

Definitely be going back.

It feels like they took those potatoes out of the garbage cans because I've been having digestion problems for the past week. How do much do you pay your employees to be feeding me this garbage because I payed $10 to feel like a pregnant woman for the past week. This poutine has given me ptsd and I need a immediate refund.

I've been working on a job near Ralph's fried chicken, and it smells absolutely delicious from a block away, and so I couldn't help but go check it out.

The first time I went I got the chicken sandwich, and the chicken breast was absolutely succulent, and I would absolutely recommend it. The second time I tried the chicken, and it was top tier as good as your top fried chicken brands.

The spuds are also absolutely fantastic. The skin is akin to the taste of Kentucky fried chicken skin, and they are good size wedges as well.

Each time I went in, I had different staff serving me, but each time I went in I was welcomed and the people working were very friendly and inviting.

If you want to support local, and support small businesses in the community and get some amazing fried chicken at the same time, I would highly recommend Ralph's Fried Chicken.

I don't eat out often but when I have a craving for fried chicken, I go to Ralph's! The reputation is warranted because the food is fantastic. Huge portions, not overly greasy and very reasonable pricing. The breading of the chicken is not overbearing and the chicken itself is moist and tender. The spuds are delightful and if you're a coleslaw fan, get it with the pomegranate seeds! The gentleman at the counter is also super friendly and it just makes the whole experience really lovely. Amazing customer service. They treat you like family. They are so polite and kind. They went out of their way to modify my order to accommodate my request without extra charge. i had high hopes for this location after loving the other ralph’s locations but this place way over cooked my chicken after we waited 15 minutes for it. so over cooked i can’t even eat the breading it’s just falling off. I got a stomach ache shortly after eating this chicken followed by diarrhea which seeing how crispy/dry the outside of it was i believe it was cooked at too high of a temperature where the outside overcooked and the inside was undercooked.
Should have went to the other location… i won’t be back to this one.
Definitely check out the other ralph’s it’s 100% better…
