Very friendly, we tired out the famous chicken and taters. I recommend it. The taters are very moist, the chicken was crispy and stayed that way after taking it back home.

I live deep south of Edmonton, i always come in this place to get chicken and spuds coz that's my daughter's favorite but unfortunately i came today I'm disappointed, as soon i ask for chicken the lady was so rude talking like I am her biggest enemy, please don't stay or do the job as sales counter coz you don't know i think working in customer service. And I complain about the spuds coz too dark but she starting yelling or blah blah, i just walk out and not argue with her , i don't want to ruin my day on this kind of people, they are waste!!!

Wanted to give a 1 star review, but I give credit where it's earned, they do have some RIDICULOUSLY good fried chicken...when they cook and sell their recipe.Beware, I've bought KFC from them on three separate occasions. Ralph's chicken is THAT good you know when you're not eating it!You should be able to smell the fried chicken from a couple blocks away at lunchtime if they're cooking their own. If you don't, assume they're running the bootleg KFC depot and dine elsewhere.

The chicken is great, but trying to call here is pointless. I have had trouble about 3/4 of the time trying to call in an order. I have twice seen where I was there to pick up chicken and the girl just doesn't answer the phone even with nobody in the store.
I came here with my boyfriend since he told me that they have the best fried chicken in Edmonton.We went there around 2pm and seen a huge pile of chicken that looked fresh but wasn’t.The chicken tasted like it was re deep fried to keep it warm.I might give this place another chance if they make it fresh when I am there.

Some of the best chicken in town!!!This is that secret place that no one knows about, you can order in advance and just pick up or get it out of the case. Place from the outside doesn't look like it has this jewel in it but the chicken is amazing, super highly recommended ?

One of the worst experience I’ve ever had at a convenient store. Bought sour cream and when I got home and opened it, it was all yellow and very very watering it was obviously expired I took it back and they said they can’t do anything about it and tried to blame it on me. I’ve only been there a few times and will never go back. Had my masks on but my glasses starting fogging up so I took it off for a bit and they just went off saying I can’t be here without a mask on have to keep it on the whole time. Just the worst experience ever. Would not recommend going there at all. Very rude.
