A near flawless experience as usual. The food is always good and while the service is usually good as well, this time it was exceptional. Our waitress Tia really made us feel welcome, especially an older relative of ours. Everyone at the table noted her enthusiasm and friendliness. The atmosphere is always inviting as well.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Red Lobster on the West side of Edmonton. Despite clearly stating my dietary preferences, my meal arrived with sour cream on it. They also brought us the wrong meal, resulting in further delays. Waiting times for both appetizers and main course were excessively long. To top it off, we had to wait an additional 25 minutes just to get the bill. Terrible service and attention to detail. Won't be returning.

Service is always great here. A little bit over priced for what you get. Food is pretty good. Enjoy it everytime I come here on occasion. Worth checking out if you have never been. Very delicious unlimited biscuits.Parking: Theres usually lots of parking. Its shared with olive garden so can get full at times.

undercooked, pink chicken. not just in colour, but the texture of the middle showed it was visably under cooked. I sent it back, the second one wasn't much better , was too paranoid to eat. no compensation on the bill. ladies room desperately needed servicing , two stalls missing locks, trash everywhere. already got food poisoning from here in December from the lobster, tried to give them a second chance because mishaps happen. two times, though, is too much, especially when health is at risk.will not be back.

Was not given any biscuits until we had already received our meal. Waitress told us she was waiting on them but we saw tables around us who arrived after us get biscuits.

This place is just like I remember from childhood. The quality has not changed and still delivers an excellent seafood experience to this day. Reasonable pricing and delicious lobster and shrimp keep me coming back to this franchise and their specials are always creative and well made. The crab queso was especially delicious.

Food was really good. Calamari for appetisers, fish and chips for main meal. Honestly it was a lot of food and it was delicious. Our greeter was very nice and our host (Marie) was really professional and had a smile when talking to us. Really appreciated that.Parking: Parking is not an issue. There were a lot of parking spaces around the building and in the parking lot in general.

My husband and I, along with my brother and sister-in-law, were so looking forward to Ultimate Shrimp Dinner for $25 when we went to the Red Lobster on Stony Plain Rd and 170th St on Thursday, Apr. 18th. We had seen numerous ads for it on TV and FB (for Edmonton, AB), one again on TV the day before we went to the restaurant. (Saw one on FB again today.)When we went to order, we were told the offer was over the previous Sunday. We asked to speak to the manager who did come by our table and told us the same thing.(There was a large party near us who also asked for the advertised offer and were told it was not available.)Rather than leave, we ordered a different meal, which was NOT all-you-can-eat and was more costly. This was not the first time we were disappointed by Red Lobster's deceptive advertising. It will be a long time before we go to Red Lobster again. AND if we do, you can be sure we will call ahead to verify that their advertised offer is indeed in effect. So if you are planning to go because of an advertised offer, know that there is a real possibility you could be disappointed. :>(

It's just ok for the price you're paying. 65 dollar dinner for 2 special on Thursday. 3 dollar extra for premium starter (bacon wrapped scallops). Two scallops on the skewer were small, two a bit bigger. The shrimps are much smaller than last time we came. Petite lobster tails were enough for maybe 4 bites of food? If there weren't unlimited biscuits, there's no way I would be full after with those portions. For the price you're paying, it's not really worth it. The cake was good but super sweet.

I’m sure the food and service is excellent. None of the gps directions work to let is go here. We ended up at some dudes apartment next to west Ed and had to miss out on another appointment we had trying to find this location. Google maps is letting you down. (Edit, I’ve messaged as you asked. Let’s see what is said.)
