We ordered a steak, baked potatoes, garlic toast and salad. The baked potatoes were raw(not cooked at all), salad had no dressing and no utensils. We called and the guy on the phone acted like it wasn't a priority even though we had payed for our food. It was absolutely terrible service. On top of that there weren't any precautions taken during the pandemic with the delivery guy. If I could give a negative rating I would.

Delivery was missing 3 items and when I called the store the man who picked up was very annoyed about it and acted like it was inconvenient for them to deliver the missing items to me. I PAID FOR ALL OF IT? WHY SHOULD I WAIT FOR MY MISSING FOOD? He said their driver will deliver it in about 2 hours but nothing came. Worst customer service ever. Do not order from them.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. I would give the place zero stars if I could. The food is disgusting, they overcharge you, they're always late by an hour, and to top it off the delivery guy makes you grab the food from his vehicle.You're better off ordering from Pizza 73 or Dominoes.

I'm from BC and this is the worst service and Food I have ever had. My pizza was an hour and a half late, my wings were smothered in sauce. The crust of the pizza was burnt and no flavour at all. I felt bad due to the driver being legless and couldn't get up to my hotel room. Please, Please don't order from hear. I have 2 teenage boys and they couldn't stomach it!
Ordered late last night. The guy on the phone was super intense but the food was worth it. I LOVED it. Dont usually write reviews but had ordered then read the reviews and was terrified for what was to come. I was totally surprised that everything was hella yomskies. The guy answering should try to be a little nicer I think that must be the reason theres such a bad rating.
