The girls which are on the customer service they didn’t know how to talk with customer you need to update your system for gluten free customers

Entire order was undercooked, pizza, wings and cheese bread. We used our oven to finish cooking it and it tasted terrible.

The website is absolutely terrible. Make sure that your customizations are saved properly and absolutely double check. The employees are miserable and incredibly rude. Go somewhere else.

I love Red Swan Pizza for their unique flavours that are all delicious. If you want to try an amazing recipe try the Perogie Pizza!
The sesame seeds on the crust are a great touch.
I’ve always picked up and it’s always ready to go. Lots of parking outside the doors and friendly staff at the front.

Bad experience beacuse of staff ! Ordered butter chicken pizza , guy gave me bbq pizza . I came home later n checked . I called and the staff misbehaved with me over call saying it’s ok by mistake prepared. He said no big deal . Pathetic behaviour of staff. Worst outlet beacuse of staff attitude.

They don’t have atticates to talk, are telling to order from other place as I told to add one extra toping ,even I’m paying extra charges in two topper medium pizza I work in red swan I know we can add additional topping after paying an extra charge . But the guy was very disappointed don’t know how to talk with customer. 👎👎👎👎👎👎shame on your service.i don’t have stars less than one otherwise I give that one .

Went there last night to try the place but it was a terrible experience. The girl working late evening was openly rude like rolling her eyes and speaking arrogantly when we walked in. We ordered two medium pizzas with chilli, ginger cilantro and all… but both came back so insanely spicy (way beyond what a normal human can tolerate) that we couldn’t eat even one. Felt like she dumped the entire jar just to spite us.
I get that people have bad days, but don’t take it out on customers and ruin their food. Attitude needs a serious adjustment. Won’t be back.

Pizza is fabulous....but the costumer service is very bad as the man who took my order on call had no way to talk...as he was rude to my father when he asked to order the same pizza which he was ordering since last 4 times...and then, when i took the call ahead and asked him the price of the medium then...he told the price of large...and when i asked him to tell the price of medium but not large then he corrected....but he had alot of attitude don't know why?...since last 3 times...they must keep a person who speaks polite!
I called to order two cauliflower crust pizzas, and Harsh picked up my call. I placed my order, but instead of processing it, he told me he would give me a “warning” and that I would need to come into the store for him to take my order.
He brought up that I had canceled an order about a year ago. That day, I canceled my order just a minute after placing it, and I specifically told the staff that if the food was already in the oven, I would still come pick it up to avoid waste. The staff member at the time assured me it was okay to cancel, and there was no issue. Since then, I have ordered from this same location multiple times without any problems—most employees even know my regular order.
Harsh gave me a warning and said you come here first and then I will take your order. Who is he to give me a warning, and for what exactly? Customers should never be spoken to in that way. On top of that, when I mentioned that my dad knows the owner, he dismissed it and rudely said, “You can tell him and do whatever you want.”
This place has given me multiple negative experiences, and this was the last straw. I will not be returning. I have given them several chances to improve, but it’s clear some employees don’t understand how to treat customers respectfully. Employees are not the owners—they should act professionally, not arrogantly.
