Red Swan Pizza

Yesterday, I ordered 3 pizzas from Red Swan Pizza: Chicken Supreme, BBQ, and Butter Chicken, along with a side of chicken and a Coke Zero. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with the order, I received regular Coke instead of Coke Zero, and the Butter Chicken pizza was replaced with a Paneer,which was disappointing. The rest of the pizzas and chicken side were delicious.
I called the store, and the person I spoke with was very polite and offered to send the Butter Chicken pizza right away. While I appreciated the offer, I decided it was fine and asked them to be more careful next time.

I had a very similar experience to the review below. I asked for the pizza to be well done, but the dough was undercooked. I even tried recooking it at home, but it was inedible and ended up being thrown out. When I called the location to share my concerns, nothing was done to address the issue. On top of that, the Greek salad had hardly any cheese, which was disappointing. The Chapelle location has been much better in comparison.

Worst tasting pizza I've ever had. The tomatoes sauce is absolutely disgusting!!

Absolutely love Red Swan Pizza! Their crust is perfectly baked with sesame seeds that add a unique and delicious crunch. The toppings are always fresh and generously loaded. Customer service is friendly, and delivery is quick and reliable. Easily one of the best pizza spots in town – highly recommend to all pizza lovers

Ordered a small plain cheese pizza for my daughter who had a sore mouth and all she would agree to was to eat this. The pizza was made well done with cheese getting dry/hard. I explained that she won’t be able to eat this so they gave me a new pizza for her, this time way more softer and cut in the shapes of breadsticks. Great customer service. Thank you 🙏🏻.

I have eaten Nachos multiple time with Red swan, but both quality and quantity at this location was way below par..Hardly had any cheese on it, not going again here for sure

Red Swan needs to be more allergen aware,
because they are not. I ordered gluten free pizza and I told them we were ordering for people with severe gluten sensitivity and celiac disease. They informed us that the ingredients on the pizza were all gluten free.

After eating the pizza some people were not feeling well. When we called Red Swan back, they informed us that ALL of their chicken was not gluten free. This was very frustrating customer service, and a severe health risk for people we were hosting.
While I love Red Swan pizza otherwise, this was seriously disappointing and potentially dangerous for someone with an allergy!
