I placed at order online through red swan at 8:25pm. I received a confirmation notice on my screen. I called at 8:48PM to confirm they received my order, the man on the phone said they did and it would be here in 10 minutes after confirming my name and address. I called again at 9:50PM still with no pizza? The same man on the phone kept telling me it would be 10 minutes, but when I said he said that 1 hour ago he said that I would have to call skip to get it sorted but I never even ordered through them! I ordered right on the website. Well, pizza 73 got my money tonight instead, and lucky them I was extra hungry so instead of paying $45 I paid $75. Sucks to be you guys I guess, 420s gotta eat y'know.

Food is okay but the service this Saturday afternoon around 4-5pm is horrible! Whoever the man was was rude and basically grabbed the food from my hands! Please pray you find someone less aggressive when you visit! Food otherwise was good

Pizza was alright, nothing special or anything to take note of. There is better pizza out there for the same price. As for the staff, they have terrible and inconsiderate manners. As a paying customer I expect to be able to use the washroom if necessary, and I was denied access. I purchased an XL Pizza and was told to wait 25-30 min. I then asked to use the washroom and the girl told me to go to Mcdonalds in a -20C snow storm. I might as well have taken my business there as well. Very poor customer service from temporary workers who do not understand social cues or norms. 1/5 experience at the Capilano Red Swan.

I am on 15KM of distance from this store and I am always order my pizza from this store.
Why? - Because always respect to customer, kitchen is net and clean, Always used fresh topping and etc.
Never returning. What a waste of money… This was supposed to be our treat for the week and we get home and open the box to burnt, stale pizza? No sauce on it either, just cold bread and burnt toppings. Whoever made the pizza tonight, Thursday around 4:30 - needs some training. If you burn a pizza for a customer you should probably make a new one for them. Ridiculous.
The order was under my husbands name, Clinton, just in case you want to say there is no record.
