I wish I could even give negative star, I got wrong order when i called for it the girl was extremely rude and arrogant, didn’t even bothered to listen, telling us that they don’t have time. Worst service ever!!!!!

The pizza was great, but the customer service was the worts I’ve experience. I ordered pizza for a team lunch and schedule delivery for 11:45 AM - 15 minutes before lunch to avoid delays. at 11:45 AM, i got a call saying the order would be 15 minutes late, but was told “everything is fine” How can everything be fine when you’re already late? I said okay as long as it arrived by 12:00 PM. At 12:15, my entire team was still waiting, and no one answered the phone when we tried calling. At 12:30, someone finally called to say the pizza was on the way. It arrived at 12:35 more than 45 minutes late. Completely unacceptable and very disappointing.

Someone at this red swan location has decided the pizza sauce requires hot chili oil, or some other hot spice added to it.
They did this to my pizzas 6 months ago, I then stopped ordering from them. 2 days ago I thought, maybe it was just a 1 off. Nope. This time my 2 pizzas were almost so spicy they couldn't be eaten just from the sauce, plus they added jalapeno to one of the pizzas which shouldn't have had it. Won't order with them again

Pizza from Red Swan Pizza westend location is our favorite pizza. Great selection, always on time and friendly staff in the store. They keep reasonable prices and the quality and taste is great, especially with sesame seeds on the crust.

We’ll be looking for a new pizza delivery spot. Last night’s order was very disappointing. The confirmation said 45 minutes, but it ended up taking almost twice that long. After waiting an hour, I called the store and was told the driver was “2 minutes away,” which turned into another 20 minutes. The person I spoke with was short and ended the call abruptly.
When the order finally arrived, we asked about compensation, the delivery driver called back to the store and spoke to the same guy and they offered $4 off and refused to do anything further. His attitude was rude, so we just paid. Unfortunately, the pizza and wings were only lukewarm by the time they arrived.
Considering this location is only about 5 minutes from us, there’s really no excuse for such poor service. With hundreds of other pizza places in Edmonton offering similar quality and pricing, without the bad attitude, we’ll be ordering elsewhere from now on and I suggest you do as well.

Ordered spicy paneer pizza today. I have never get soggy pizza like this. Every time i order i get crispy pizza and with nice ingredients. Today on the pizza they just threw cilantro on few slices other slices are without toppings. Tasteless pizza😏

Today we ordered two vegetable paneer tikka pizzas, and they were so delicious. The crust was perfectly baked, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful.
