ordered many times (prepay online with tips) always nice hot, BUT when pay at the store (didn't preselect the tips online) and FIRST time received a barely warm pizza! Because they didn't see a tips (i acutally paid tips in store), they didn't bother to provide a standard service (leave my pizza in warmer)??

I only come to this location specifically because Tima is such a wonderful staff member to deal with. She always greets us hello and is always quick to correct any order mistake (which are rare!). The food is always delicious, and the customer service is great all around from all the staff there. We made a huge bulk order for a community event next door at golfing. The guests all raved about the quality and taste of the pizza. We had one missing order and Tima was quick to correct it so noone was left out. We appreciate the staff at this locaiton and will continue to come here. (and order the next event meals!)
