I called to place order for pizza.The lady said no deals on pizza also said can't deliver also. She didn't explain anything as well and was rude so I didn't order. Bad service and rude behavior

I placed an online order and paid for the order via online checkout. Had family member pick up the order and the staff member at the counter asked them to pay a second time!! Family member even asked the staff member "are you sure it wasn't paid online?" and the staff member LIED and said "No it wasn't" and proceeded to charge them again. Had to drive back to the location to request a refund. THIEVES!

The owners and staff needs to place respect onto their customers.

When I called to ask if they have halal chicken, the lady over the phone said “yes, the donair chicken is halal”. So we placed an order for a large pizza with the donair chicken. When I arrived 15 minutes later, they said to wait another 10 minutes since they just placed the pizza in the oven. I then asked for the halal certification, to which she said they don’t have the certification but to trust her word that it was halal. I told her that any location that serves any sort of halal chicken has to have the certification. I can’t take anybody’s word as that automatically loses the store’s credibility. She then called the owner to which they said that although they have halal donair chicken, they don’t have the certification in the store.

Serving anything “halal” is not a joke. Have your certification ready if you want your store to be a credible halal location.

EDIT: This is my response to the owner. No employee showed me the halal Donair package. She just told me that the package has a halal label. Please don’t spread misinformation. Regardless it’s not the customers job to tell the staff how to do their job. It is owners/staffs responsibility to display or show the halal certification. This issue isn’t resolved until you guys display the halal certification.

Ordered from Skip at this location tonight February 10 2025, and the order was disappointing. I normally order from the Norrhgate location and haven't had a single issues with the quality of pizza. However tonight Skip picked this location instead and I didn't notice. When the order arrived the wings were great, the Chipotle sauce for the wings 110/10 honestly, the cheese sticks and garlic cheese sticks were great also... but the problem is the Peperoni, bacon, mushroom pizza we ordered was gross to say the least. This pizza was very much underbaked and was so floppy we unfortunately didnt even eat it, was a waste of money honestly. I have pictures of the pizza as well. I am not wanting to buy from this location again and will make sure I stick to the Northgate Location...

Ordered a spicy paneer pizza expecting fresh, flavourful toppings, but the jalapeños completely ruined it. They were old, mushy, and had a weird, almost sour taste—definitely not fresh. Instead of adding heat and flavor, they made the whole pizza taste off. Really disappointing, especially for a place that’s supposed to specialize in spicy food. Won’t be ordering from here again unless they start using fresh ingredients!
At the end of the day we were not able to do dinner.

I ordered a pretty basic pizza , I can't put my finger on the issue but it has a weird seasoning taste to it, maybe curry?? Definitely not a my kind of taste profile

Worst service ever! Just thought that I would maybe give Swan Pizza a try again...NOPE..was on the phone for exactly 7 min and 20 seconds trying to place an order, she kept putting me on hold and (actually would just put the phone down and not ask me to hold) Had a hard time speaking to her, she would put the phone down while I'm in mid sentence! Absolutely over and done with Swan Pizza, would never Ever recommend them! It should not have taken that long to try to order a Pizza

The food is Great. But in terms of service I'm not satisfied because the counter staff named TIMA if im not mistaken is not approachable very serious and it look like she don't know how to smile.

I ordered pizza today but the pizza is worst in taste to bad so soggy the bread is not at all good really today experience is not good before I always order always comes good but today Iam very disappointed

I used to love this location, but I've switched to a different one farther from my house because for my last 4 orders, the Crystallina location would omit items that I asked for on my pizza, or give too little sauce. Once I switched, my pizzas have been much better.

I am writing to inform any one who goes to this place, I experienced during my recent visit to this pizza place. I found a dead roach inside the pizza box I received. I immediately brought this to the attention of the pizza attendant, who apologized and mentioned that you are working with a pest control service to address this issue.

While I appreciate the apology, this incident raises significant concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the restaurant. Cleanliness is a fundamental expectation in food service, and finding a pest in my food is deeply unsettling. I will not recommend this place to any one, this is the reason of the low review

Their new "large" nachos, is NOT large! They're the same size. Or they completely messed up our order and the lady I talked to over the phone, was trying to cover her behind. She came up with a whole bunch of excuses. But the nachos didn't even fill the box correctly. We order from here all the time and we usually get 2 nachos for the hockey game, but we figured we could save money and just get one large... big mistake! We know what the original nachos look like lol if this is true tho, BE AWARE!!! They're not large, they're selling the same size nachos for more money. It's a money-grab scam.

Decided to try the large option they have for nachos instead of the regular size they sent me the same size and I called them and they denied everything saying they larger or they weighed more and the same box is more full but it was not, careful what you think you ordering from here ! Paying extra for no reason is a scam I don’t appreciate

The pizza is amazing ? this was our second visit and Tima is absolutely wonderful came out from the back to greet us when we arrived . Excellent customer service
