We’ve been ordering from Red Swan for years and have always been happy. Today was a complete exception. We ordered a pizza, asked for no peppers, it’s not a preference, they make me sick. Pizza came covered in peppers, ok, no big deal, accidents happen, call in and told I’ll need to call back in a half hour, there’s nothing I can do for you till then… ok frustrating I’m hungry now, can you have someone call me any sooner to deal with this? No nothing can be done for a half hour. So I’m not content waiting a for another 45 to get the replacement pizza. I eat something else. Call back a half hour later hoping to have them just refund the money… nope that’s impossible, the pizza is on its way, I say I’m not happy with this, and when I try to add how disappointed we are at the fact that the nachos my partner ordered are half the size of orders in the past and burnt, he hung up on me. I’m gobsmacked at the lack of customer service.

Rating 2 because SOMETIMES you get the nachos sometimes, it'll be half the small order. But the biggest concern was the mold in the penne. Noodles themselves were rotten. Disgusting. Never ordering again

I ordered red swan on uber eats, and I was blown away. Amazing pizza, I'm not sure what it is, maybe the sauce? There's sesame seeds on the crust, but I mean that can't just be it surely.

Ordered nachos from here every time I’ve ordered from here. The description says that they come in a 10” box, which made sense because the nachos always filled the 10” box.
