Nice cozy place. Not too big but that's great. The food is great, especially the pastries.

Visited for the first time, enjoyed the vegan falafel wrap and oat milk latte – both were excellent. Definitely planning to return.

First time at the lovely bakery / cafeSmall and at the time of our visit , steady but low flow of customersThe vibe I got was caring , attention to detail , relaxing - with busy staffI just noticed a review that commented on the washroom, which seemed odd to me, as my experience was that it was a clean and well kept. When we left, we got a very warm and sincere Christmas greeting, which added an exclamation mark to my visit with old friends.

My first clue should of been that it was dead empty in there. The pastries tasted old and stale. The bathroom was incredibly dirty. Tables were dusty and the lady sits and stares at you while you have your tea. It was a very odd experience I wouldn't call this place "high tea".

I liked the coffee. The man making it was a skoosh snotty, though. I admitted that I knew less than nothing about posh coffee. He continued to talk down to me. Just for that reason, I won't be back. He said this isn't starbucks all snotty when I asked if the coffees come flavoured. There was no one in the place but him and a nice little lady. Any way... dodgy service. But decent coffee.

Great food and great service! I had the high tea and it was an amazing price for the things we got. Would definitely recommend.

At first I was a little unsure of coming here, because from the outside it looks a littleunwelcoming with the “take out only” sign covering the door and the windows are dirty. But I went ahead anyways, It’s small and they had the seats/tables set up so I asked if I could sit and I could. The croissant (it was hard to choose, everything looked good) I ordered was really good, flakey and tender, I just had a tea but the coffee smelled good and the cappuccino that someone else ordered looked delicious. I can tell that the owners put a lot of work into making these pastries and coffee and I really appreciate that. Overall I would detour to come back, , and next time when I’m at the WEM I won’t overlook this place.

We visited the newer location inside West Edmonton Mall, located in Phase 1 near Hudson's Bay. The cakes here are beautifully made and absolutely delicious! Same with the macarons and coffee/tea selection. I was surprised that afternoon high tea is offered on a walk-in basis. The price is super reasonable for the amount of food you get. The staff were also really nice. I highly recommend the Mini Apple Cheese Cake!

Super cute little cafe in Millwoods! The sandwiches here are excellent, and the drinks as well. We also tried the macarons and they were super delicious. Will for sure be back!

Delicious and beautiful Mother's Day tea set! Highly recommend!

Went here for a family outing. It was like stepping into a little cafe in France. We appreciated the friendly and cheerful service. The Macchiato and Rum and Vanilla Cannelé were delicious! We will be back.

Reinette is a tiny little cafe off the beaten path in Millwoods in Edmonton. I have read many of the reviews here and it seems to be a dearly beloved community cafe. It's a tiny spot in a strip mall. The space was in a bit of disarray as chairs and tables were pushed aside as there is no sit down service here. The service is good. They are often quite busy. And in this day they were busy dealing with some kind of vendor issue in the space so they were a bit distracted. The coffee was good. The macarons I got were a pit dry and crumbly. They didn't seem at all fresh. I also got the ham and cheese roll. There was no vibrancy or real lively cheese flavor to it. It also seemed very dry.I am not sure if I caught them on an off day. I also don't see any more recent reviews. I wish I could give a higher rating. I will come back and hopefully things will work out better.3 x ☕☕☕

Absolutely perfect! Took my daughter to the WEM location for an afternoon tea today and could not be happier. Beautiful pastries and desserts, great drinks and all at the best prices in the city. And so much food!! And we took home a pack of the best macarons I have ever tasted! Add to that the amazing and friendly customer service and we will now be making this a tradition! Thank you Reinette WEM for such a delightful afternoon!
