Fun place to meet a friend for coffee, tea or lunch. Friendly staff, can accommodate a lot of people, great location.

Average coffee taste, bit hippy

The employees are quite unprofessional — they were eating a banana and wearing lipstick behind the food bar, which isn’t appropriate. The coffee also wasn’t that great now. I really want to support local businesses, but please keep your standards higher.

Poor customer service! I was standing at the drink pickup counter waiting for my mobile order, and the staff member ignored me at least five times — even though there were no other orders at the time. After about five minutes, he finally looked at me and asked why I didn’t say I was waiting. He clearly saw me standing there and chose to ignore me, then had the audacity to blame me for not approaching him first. Completely unacceptable service.

Not only has the customer service in this location become extremely poor, but the prices have skyrocketed and we no longer eat here. Everything happens for a reason on to a better restaurant!

Girl at the counter seemed miserable and was very rude with customers. Coffee was decent but expensive

My drink was great, the ambiance is pleasant as well as the service but my biggest struggle was the fact that the painted walls were chipped in many numerous places, and the leather (faux?) was in very very poor shape.
There was more areas that had torn and rubbed off leather on the long benches than the leather that was left. It did not present well at all.
I would imagine there would be an audit from corporate that would notice these things but I guess not.

Nice and warm atmosphere. Cakes are a bit too sweet. Check out their herbs collection on sale.

Remedy Cafe is a true gem when it comes to the coffee and drinks. The chai lattes are fantastic, with a perfect blend of spices that hits the spot every time. I’ve also been impressed by the variety and quality of their food, with many delicious options that make it a great place to grab a bite. The atmosphere is generally lively and the staff is friendly, adding to the overall positive experience.
However, a recurring issue that's hard to ignore is the cleanliness, particularly in the washrooms. They often seem neglected and could use more frequent attention. This detracts from an otherwise great experience and is something that should be addressed. A little more focus on these areas would elevate Remedy from a good cafe to a truly great one.

Ordered a Palak Paneer roll and a Butter Chicken roll from Remedy Café, and it was a huge letdown. The Palak Paneer filling was literally frozen sabji just stuffed into the roll — cold, tasteless, and yucky. The Butter Chicken roll was no better; it was mostly rice with a bit of sauce, completely lacking flavor or freshness. Honestly one of the worst rolls I’ve had, and not worth the price at all.
