Bad staff, me and a friend came here to use the washroom, without the intent of buying anything, normally we would but we were out of money at the time. so we went to the washroom like normal people, and a random staff member came in and started banging on the stall doors swearing at us to leave and stop what we were doing, me and my friend were just there taking a dump. We told him we were taking a poop and that we weren't doing anything specifically bad. After we finish and leave the washroom that same worker stares at us as if he has an issue with us until we left. Never returning.

Happened to stop by intending to get some drinks and cakes. It was 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. The cake case was almost empty and what remaining were wrapped tight in plastic so we decided to get only drinks. The young lady behind the counter never smiled for once. I found out only the regular chai was available sugar free. All the flavored chais came in a premix that already contained sugar. Anyway, I did not find my chai was anything special. In addition, the bench seats were all worn out, should have been resurfaced long time ago.

The vegetable samosas and chai were excellent, and the staff were nice. However, the high number of customers using laptops created a library-like atmosphere rather than the typical coffee shop ambiance.

The food here has always been my go-to; especially the Tandoori chicken wrap. I have tried about 4 different chais and I can confidently assure to all visiting customers that there are many amazing combos on their menu! My only comment on this location (seems to be a pattern at all Remedy locations) is that the seats are a little run-down and in need of renovation despite its lovely colour scheme. Other than that, it’s a great place to catch at a not-so-busy hour.

Great cafe, great food and above and beyond chai. My go to spot for a pick me up espresso and some food that’s done freshly. Staff has always been great. Everything location I’ve been to has always had consistency which is hard to receive now. Thanks remedy!
My go-to study spot. Great environment, kind staff, and delicious food. Accidentally ordered a Chai with regular milk instead of Oat, and they offered to give us another one on the house! Super pleased with this location, definitely come by.
