I’ve always really loved Remedy. Especially their killer chai teas, but I was shocked the other day when I went in. So expensive for what I had. Even the confetti square I’ve had there before was 1/3 of the size of what it used to be, but the same cost. Service & staff were lovely, but very surprised with the changes.

Food and drinks are delicious and well made, but the staff is unwelcoming as I wasnt allowed to sit inside and wait for the bus when its cold, even tho I was a paying customer. Best to get your stuff and leave to enjoy somewhere else

I absolutely love remedy and was ecstatic when this location opened in my neighborhood. I've been a frequent patron for years and order takeout often. Convenient location, lots of parking in the front and back, decent hours, good prices, AMAZING food, and happy bonus they're within walking distance of my house. Friendly staff, huge selection of tea and hot food, lots of vegan menu selections - all of which are great. I'd love to give them 5 stars, but it seems like nearly every time I order food to go, the order is wrong. Either pita, instead of pita chips, they forget my extra side, or some other small thing. The times I call and let them know, they're super good about fixing the order right away, but it happens SO often, it's almost expected. I don't love that.
Stopped by to order some snacks to-go when I was out for a walk this evening. The app wasn't working but their food is that good I changed my walking course to stop in and order in person. Great service as always and I actually mentioned while waiting for my food that I hope this location never closes because it's so good and convenient. Got my to-go bag and walked home, only to find they forgot my 2 samosas for the 2 samosas and a Dahl. Ugh.
