My husband and I and friends have been going to Remedy Cafe for many years. We always get the Chana Masala or their Daal. Friendly at all locations, but this is the one we came to most. When my husband couldn’t come to the cafe anymore due to health, he enjoyed the takeout. Thank you.

I placed on order on Uber Eats and only received half my order. I called the driver, who said Remedy had only given him one bag and a chai. I then called Remedy and the woman who answered the phone said there was nothing they could do because they were about to close. No apology, no offer of any problem solving that could happen the next day. I asked for a follow-up call from a manager and was ignored. I’ve had great experiences with other Remedy locations, but clearly this one doesn’t care about their online customers.

Lucy and taunya are the best people I have ever dealt with in service, they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied, you can tell they truly care about their job and take what they do very seriously, very rare to find in the service industry nowadays, 10/10 would only come here for their service!! They are very respectful baristas.

I’ve been coming here for years, meeting up with friends or just grabbing a quick coffee, up until recently I hadn’t sat down and tried their food, let me tell you it was exceptional. I’ve had a couple of the wraps, the Chana masala Wrap, and the Alo Gobi. The sandwiches are delicious, I don’t know what to call them a wrap with torpedo a burrito. I’m not too sure. However, this food item was incredible and huge. easily Feeds two ! My preference was the Masala! Delicious, decaf cappuccino with oat milk just hit the spot on a winter evening, or anytime as a matter of fact. The staff at this location, especially for me has been amazing. They are such cool people and have a great vibe. Love these gems in our neighbourhood support local.

Daughter had a leftover butter chicken wrap, 2 veggie samosas, and naan bread she shared. Very very mild spice for the Samosas. Wife said the Butter Chicken Wrap was dry and mild for heat.

Showed up 10 min. before the doors opened, happy to wait, and the staff seemed to panick and turn out the lights, which I interpreted to mean I should go away, so I did. Went to the restaurant next door and noticed they turned the lights back on lol Food might have been good, I dont know lol

All in all, a very good experience. The only reason for a 4 ⭐️ rating is because the young lady forgot to put the Bagel that my daughter had included into our Take Out order last Sunday morning ( given the ⭐️ options available for rating, I can't give a 4.75 ⭐️, you see. Plus, we should've checked but we were busy chattering away nineteen-to-the-dozen ). In all other ways, l❤️vely. Thanks 🙂.
