Hours are nice, especially if you’re a student.

Drinks are so bad… I don’t believe people that like them have tried other local establishments.

A real gem. I hope that when the current owner sells it soon, the new owners keep it exactly the same as it always has been.

Remedy Cafe is an absolute gem! Whether you’re grabbing a chai latte or enjoying their flavorful curries, this place never disappoints. The laid-back atmosphere makes it perfect for meeting friends or just unwinding with a good book. The menu offers a fantastic variety of food and drinks, with plenty of options for everyone, including great vegetarian and vegan choices. The highlight for me is always the authentic chai – it’s the best in town! The staff are friendly, and the vibe is always positive. Remedy Cafe is a must-visit spot in the city

The best bagel and chai latte I’ve ever had!! And the prices are so cheap as well for a little cafe downtown. Forever my favourite spot from now on. Didn’t know what drink to get so the lady help me suggested their chai latte 10/10 will be back again.

Always a favourite! I always enjoy the chai, butter chicken and naan, and the butter chicken wrap.

Took off one star because everything is incredibly expensive here, and the atmosphere at this location does not compare to the 109 st or whyte ave locations.

I recently tried ginger tea with milk for the first time at Remedy Cafe, and it was a delightful experience. The blend of spicy ginger and creamy milk created a comforting and invigorating drink that I thoroughly enjoyed. If you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend giving it a go!

Less ice, less liquid, as told from employee at till. Mind u, i havent been to a remedy in a couple months, but since when do u get less drink if u ask for a little bit less ice. I dont understand how i pay $6 for a coffee and i cant even get it topped up properly. Not impressed at all, and i usually enjoy my time here.

124 st location
I really like the food. But... when I was there last they had a sign on bathroom door that said, "No handsoap". I go in there and they don't even have soap in a bottle on the counter. I am assuming that their dispenser is broken. But they should keep soap on the sink counter in a bottle. I think about all the customers who walk out of their without properly washing their hands, and I think about the staff using that bathroom and then heading back to kitchen or behind counter without washing their hands; grabbing my silverware and knapkins and bringing my food out to me, making my drink. Absolutely nasty and very unprofessional, discourteous, and careless. I went to the other bathroom to use soap.

* I will change my review if Remedy fixes this issue. I haven't eaten here since. *

The final boss of mid, overpriced food and drinks. Weird passive aggressive vibe and overall very unpleasant. You can order a 10 dollar drink just for it to be unmemorable and give you a stomach ache. Slow service, but the barrister was kind of nice at least?(even if he didn't let me know which options would be extra money)

First time going to this chain, we ordered a vegan butter chicken as my girlfriend doesn't eat meat and we get given real chicken. When we went back they gave us money and the lady was getting defensive saying "we're only human", that's your job... Dietary restrictions are serious and can have very serious effects. Truly unacceptable and disgusting that you felt no sympathy. Never coming back here.
