Staff is unfriendly, didn’t feel welcome, asked me if my drink was to stay or to go in a mean tone and placed her hand on the to go cups, won’t come back, and drinks are not that good and over priced

I went here with some girlfriends to try the coffee flights. The coffee was tasty however I did feel a little let down as their Instagram post made it look like you got a lot of coffee in a flight and it looked very enticing. We could only pick 3 And it was $17 for three mini coffees. I was a little disappointed as we could have bought three regular coffees for a similar price. In my opinion not worth it getting the flights but the coffee was good. Next time I would just order my favorite, a caramel latte. It was cute inside the restaurant and a nice place to catch up with friends. They also had a few pastries you could purchase.

My daughter and I had the most magical afternoon at Rhubarb Café & Cocktails in Edmonton. The ambiance felt like a charming Parisian café—cozy, elegant, and filled with soft French music. We ordered the Rhubarb Fog and a warm cinnamon bun—both were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The entire experience felt special and relaxing, and we left with full hearts and happy tastebuds. It’s truly one of our new favorite spots in the city!

Came and got the grilled cheese flight and an ice cafe flight. Everything was INCREDIBLE 😍 especially the dill pickle grilled cheese and the raspberry cheesecake! Also loved their match and chai!

Amazing food, great service. Everyone was very friendly the full grilled cheese and matcha were 10/10. Would definitely recommend for a cute date🤍

Loved the spring flight, we got the match, London fog and chai and when I couldn't decide on a flavor, Kelly told me to go with lavender. When I didn't know if I wanted the apple or cherry Danish, Kelly told me cherry. When I didn't know where to sit, Kelly told me where. 10/10 recommended Kelly and this cute cafe

First time at the establishment as I saw they had an Oilers special coffee! I attended with my very young children. Not only was the barista Madison exceptionally kind, she was accommodating with my dairy allergy letting me enjoy the Oilers drink too! In addition, Madison went above and beyond for my toddler making a special drink so she felt included too! Will absolutely be attending again and telling my friends and family!

So atmospheric place, I really enjoyed my time here 🧡

Rhubarb is a total vibe—bright, cute, and serving up drinks as colorful as the decor. But with Kelly behind the bar, you’re not just getting a cocktail; you’re getting a full sass-infused experience.
Honestly, I’m not sure what’s stronger: the drinks or Kelly’s one-liners. Either way, I’m coming back for both.

Ps. Sorry my photo taking ability is abysmal. We were too excited to try the flights we couldn’t wait but dive in before taking the insta-worthy shot.

Very cute location.

Kelly was very helpful, provided amazing recommendations, breakdowns of the drinks and made sure we loved our drinks. We tried the recommendation of the matcha lemonade, made with pineapple and raspberry and they were amazing.

Busy on the weekends, but worth it to sit on the patio in the summer!

I seemed to get stuck behind a gaggle of girls who all ordered breakfasts to go....giving the sole worker 20 minutes to get them all done.

Mine was worth the wait. My latte was heaven. I made a point of looking at the espresso machine. The foam was so light and velvety. The food was just as exquisite.

It is definitely unique concept BUT overall experience was quite disappointing.

Took forever to order. But also cup had fingerprints everywhere and taste wasn’t worth the wait. Food was average. Server was nice.
