I won a draw at the Canadian Brewhouse and took home a cooler of beef from your Edmonton store. The Blue Ribbon Ribeye was amazing. Great cut, so juicy and tender. Great job!

I went in looking for beef short ribs. Was told that 5lbs would be enough for 10 guests. After it was cut I was asked if 6lbs would be ok. I said yes. When I got home to prepare my meat there was so ends that were just fat, no meat at all. I don’t have enough meat for my guests. I spent $115 dollars. This is ridiculous.

First and probably last time going, I went for some bacon thinking that the butchers bacon would be less fatty and better quality then at the grocery store. To my disappointment the bacon was extremely fatty and wasn’t lean at all. The cooked bacon tasted like pure grease and had no meat or smoky flavour at all. Really disappointed. The service was very good and friendly though.

Great products and prices. You can also grab a smash patty burger in house, sooo delicious.

We have been getting monthly lean boxes at this location for over a year. The staff are always helpful and friendly! And the meat tastes so much better than what we get at the grocery store.

Visited Ribeye for my first time to look for something special for the long weekend. I was deeply impressed by the quality of the product and the level of knowledge and customer service offered - they are just nice people that leave you feeling good to be supporting a local business. We bought one of their packaged deals (the Steak Lovers). I've only had the ribeyes so far, but boy were they delicious. I really like their selection of specialty items such as Caplansky's mustards, finishing butters and pickles. I've been looking for a great butcher since moving to Alberta 8 years ago (Alberta has the best beef, but finding the right team to do the cutting has been challenging). I've definitely found my local.
