I always go to ribeye to get my steaks and I went yesterday and saw they have a grill menu and I was intrigued so I came back today to try it out , I had no clue what to get, but Max came out and handled everything great, helped me settle on burgers and a side of dirty fires that were delicious. Highly reccomend this place if you are looking for a great burger!, and if max is working go see him ! He’s a bright young lad who obviously enjoys what he does and will cook you up an amazing burger! Great service all and all.10/10

Ribeye Butcher Shop is absolutely amazing and isn't your typical meat and deli store. To my surprise, it exceeded my expectations. The shop has a brilliant configuration that keeps you looking and the product line offers dozens of options including smash burgers on their dine in menu. I was extremely impressed with the quality of their meats Including options that are preseasond or marinated ready for the grill. You gotta check this place out, you won't be disappointed. My new favorite butcher shop in the Edmonton area and I have been to all of them. We need this place! Amen ?

I'm not sure how you justify 13 bucks for one of these burgers. It's not good when there's so little flavor that you taste the lettuce more than the meat patty. Have meant to go here for a while. Pretty disappointing.

What a great find! We came here for some items that we wanted to prepare a nice meal. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door, and offered assistance. We got so much helpful information... The prices are higher than what you would pay at a grocery store, but the extra information about the meat and tips to help ensure a successful preparation, made it worth it while. Will be back to try the in-house burgers!

Great place. Chefs dream with all the products in there. Only had the dirty fries fried in beef tallow but will be back for a smash burger that will be 10 times better than their neighbor Five Guys. Hidden gem!!

I ordered some meat here on Saturday for a family get together on Sunday and the quality was excellent. Way better than what you get from a grocery store. Mark cut them up exactly to my requirements and gave me the best cuts. Needless to say, family was very happy.
My friend spot to get a burger and the head guy there (Mark) is the reason I keep coming back. The service is friendly and the quality is A+!Mark has THE MEATS!

Great butcher shop! Everyone there goes out of their way to accommodate you. Whether I’m asking for a 12 lbs roast to ground chuck, they hook it up. The deli meats are amazing and selection is incredible. 5 stars!
