food was okay, but the service was disappointing. while other customers, even those with takeout had their food brought to their tables, the cashier made us walk all the way to the front to get ours. we tipped $3 upfront and still got treated differently. it felt awkward watching her serve the table right beside us while we were left out. not acceptable.

Rice Bowl Deluxe is consistently one of my favorite locations in the city to visit for the sheer variety and flavor of their dishes - if you have a craving, you'll definitely find something to satisfy it with all of their options!
The staff are friendly and helpful, and I've tried many of the dishes here and never had a bad experience. I would absolutely recommend the dragon eye sushi rolls, the Japanese NY steak bowl and the satay bowl as some of my favorites!
