Was just here at 6:30pm on March 18th to notice the young white staff member handling the cash, on her cell phone and touching her face while using food prepping gloves on then goes to go help make food using the same gloves with no care to wash her hands nor to change her gloves, this happened in view or other staff and management and nobody said anything to her.. You would think in the year of 2025 we should all know that isn’t something you should do, I won’t be back ever again because if they allow this behavior what are they doing in the kitchen..

In general the food we have ordered are quite decent;
The green onions cake were all 90 % flour...hardly to see the green onions or taste it.. not recommended this dish...

One of the best chains in the city. I used to go o their 1st local in Collingwood. Great daily deals. They have kept everything the same, which is great. Lots of places change the quality and quantity etc to save money & these guys stuck to what they believe is their dream. Stick to your dreams and you can be as successful as they have.

Very friendly staff! I ordered Yangchow Rice during my stay and I only had to wait 3-7 minutes for it. The Yangchow Rice filled me up. I had to walk for an hour just to make me feel lighter again. The atmosphere was great. It wasn't too loud and the view of the road was interesting enough. This was my second visit to their location and I'm still impressed by them!

Surprisingly a good spot for Hong Kong style cafe dishes. Major staple dishes are some of the best in the city.

I absolutely love this place, everything I’ve eaten I’ve enjoyed thoroughly.
But since they removed the option to get extra peanut satay sauce on their menu, they lost a star.
Bring it back, yo! 😆
Ordered from Uber Eats and it was the grossest food I’ve ever eaten. I’ve never dined in at this establishment before so perhaps their food is better than when taken out. I would strongly advise not ordering from them via Uber Eats.

Their new online ordering system is overcharging compared to the actual menu (even for pickup orders). And they are now enforcing a delivery fee where they never used to for close by places...
EDIT: To respond to response from owner: why is pickup 15.99 through the new POS system for a bowl compared to the actual menu at 14.99? If I come in and order in person its $1 less compared to ordering ahead of time and still picking it up?

very over priced for basic rice and packaged saiced chicken. the "Jumbo" shrimp was so small and not worth the 5$. super disappointing...

We dined in, and the place was cold.
Ordered Chicken Hainanese Rice, the chicken and rice is good (the ginger condiment is also good, but the chili sauce is plain sweet chili sauce. not chili sauce that have lime/garlic/ginger, chili sauce that taste so good with Hainanese chicken that I normally get in my hometown). By the way, I saw photo it was served on a plate, but mine came in a bowl. We also ordered Butter Chicken Rice, sorry... it was too sweet for us, and nowhere near indian butter chicken rice. Is it suppose to be Indian butter chicken rice taste or something else? Either way, it was not what we expected. We also didn't get any utensils to eat with, had to go back to the counter and ask for them.

I miss the beverage sealing film from Taiwan’s breakfast shop so much!
The food is delicious, very authentic Taiwanese and Hong Kong Chinese food.
I really miss the taste of frozen milk tea!
There are specials every day, you can come here to eat every day😄
