We regularly order take-out from here. Not every dish has been a hit, but usually they're very good and we have our go-to's now so we're set (Szechuan Beef, Beef + Broccoli, Kung Pao Chicken, Fried Rice are all great). Delivery, pick-up - whatever we get, we've had consistently good service. The portions are also great for the price, always leftovers for lunch!

Wonderful meal…and being Gluten Free it is always difficult ordering Chinese food, as most inexpensive soya sauce is wheat based…Rice To Go offers many delicious Gluten Free options…Truly a treat…Food arrived hot, fresh and delicious. Delivery fast and efficient..
Ordered here for the first time ever. I’ve lived nearby for years and I’m so glad I’ve tried it. The portion sizes were great, food tasted amazing and the staff were so friendly. It was very nice to walk into.
I will definitely be back!!

I have went to this place many times but since they have new management,it is horrible ,I got garlic pork ribs and chicken fried rice. The ribs were not homemade like it used to be,they were frozen and deep fried, but charging top notch ,they were terrible and the chicken fried rice had frozen vegetables instead of fresh, peas were almost frost bitten ,and carrots ,corn and beans . I called to complain, because it’s not homemade and they’re charging top notch for them and their frozen food. I will never go their again

I nearly puked because of how awful the food was. It was disgusting how soggy and dripping with sauce the chicken and chowmein I ordered were. The vegetables they added were as tough as the fried rice. never coming back

Came into place an order and take it home. I was seen to right away the gentleman at the till was polite and read my order back to me twice to ensure that there was no mistakes! It was put together rather quickly and it was pretty tasty The only downside is that like most things the prices have increased slightly. We don't get as much Chinese food as we used to because let's be honest unless you order a ton what's the point!? 😆
Will definitely continue to use this place

Not only is the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten, it is also one of the worst foods I've ever eaten. We ordered a variety of dishes for a family dinner and the food tasted like sadness. We will never be eating here again. The food is actually disgusting. 1/5 stars for sure!

We used to love getting food from here when it first opened, but now I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We just got our order(seemed to have come quite quickly) and we are literally cooking the almond chicken and eggrolls in the oven because they were completely soggy and really doesn't look appetizing at all. I'd rather wait for the food to be cooked properly then have it at my door in record speed. Never ordering from here again......
ordered delivery from here, called to add hot sauce to the order and they said that they couldn’t deal with it and the manager would call us back… the manager never called us back. got out food 30 mins later (it’s a 2 minute drive) and we got the wrong order sent to us. tried calling the store to tell them and they did answer twice, the third time they hung up on us.

Ordered dinner for 3 takeout. Pretty disappointed in the overall quality of the meal.
Chicken balls were overcooked and underfilled (see photo) and the "special" chow mein just isn't? It's a overcooked noodle stir fry, no bean sprouts whatsoever, with a very bland sauce. Rishun down the street is much better for the same price, but I wanted to try something new. Disappointing.

New Years Eve here was a disaster. DISASTER! Actually never got my food and I was picking it up. Nothing was ready. The people in front of me waited 3 hours…ordered at 5:15 and it still was not complete until 8 PM. 6 people ahead of me and all were waiting. Communication skills in person and on phone were pretty marginal. They kept promising food would be ready but broke their promise multiple times. I think it’s under new management, again, and is just very poor now. Sad.

Terrible service, waited over an hour from scheduled pickup and they are disorganized. Used to be good, not sure what happened.

I ordered four dishes for New Year's Eve. I went and picked them up. It's only about a 3 to 4 minute drive. I came home and noticed one dish was barely cooked and no sauce. I called them to see if they could send their driver over with a new one and I would give them this one. They said well they can but they would have to charge me for delivery so I went back got the refund told them to refund me my tip as well Which they did. It has been my tradition to order from this restaurant on Christmas Eve, this will be the last year. I'm not interested in having to run around trying to get food that's properly cooked. how the person who put that in the container didn't notice it was undercooked chicken and didn't notice there was no sauce is beyond me. It's not the first time I've had undercooked issues, I assumed the last time would be the last, I was wrong.
***^If you order, check your order before you leave or the delivery driver leaves.
