Always enjoyed the donairs at Richard’s. Fries are really good too. Our go-to spot for donairs when in North Edmonton. Very generous portions.

It’s absolutely the best and has never changed for flavour. The staff are fantastic. We have been going here for 22 years and still go back every time we are in town. We do buy lots to take home and freeze as well . Can’t Say Enough good things about this place. Love it

10/10 Donair, just moved to Edmonton and after trying a lot of donair places this ones by far the best. Meat, sauce and veggies all tasted so fresh and the service was fast

The staff member who looks like an Indian guy was unbelievably rude and disrespectful, with no sense of professionalism. On top of that, the food was terrible—too dry, poorly prepared, and not worth even one star.

We chose to try a new donair place tonight instead of our go to All hours pizza and donair and were quite disappointed by it. The donair was filling however the sauce lacked as did the flavour in the meat.

Ordered two donairs for takeout, a regular and a jumbo. They were both with so little sauce even
though I asked for everything on it. Felt like I was being rationed for the sweet sauce lmao. How can I pay 15$ for a donair without any sauce.

The jumbo donair is definitely generous in size. However, the meat lacks flavor, and the sauce is too thin—it just sinks to the bottom of the wrap and loses its sweetness. Overall, it’s filling, but not particularly enjoyable.

Asked for a veggie sub no tomatoes just lettuce onions pickles and olives the guy confirmed it with no tomatoes and i said yes and when i got the sub its tomatoes olives pickes no onions lol and its not cut ... so im supposed to cut it myself? Which i did cut it then when I called he told me i have to ask to get it cut so blames this all on me and says oh I thought it was this and that like that's how you treat customers?? Also there's no sweet sauce on here liked we agreed this is the most nasty tasting sub I've had ever and the guy on the phone was rude and was arguing with me its pretty sad to screw up a veggie sub that many ways lol disgusting....
2 super donairs...tons of long stringy onions..2 pieces of tomato..mushy meat.. won't return.. I'll drive to Famous Donair in Sherwood Park as they are the best around!

I used to like this place. We ordered from here tonight and it was so dry. The flavors weren't the same as before either; something has really changed. I think I'm taking them off of my list.

I found my chicken shawarma salty and honestly this kind of a wrap or donair grilled it makes it tasty. It was soggy not happy 😒
