This is my first time going to this Rick's all day grill. We met by a real nice lady. She sat us down and gave us menus right away. Needless to say it was great service and amazing food. We will be going back again.

The food is excellent, the service is fast, the staff polite and courteous, and the restaurant is kept meticulously clean. There is plenty of parking, space for large family gatherings, and the owners and staff treat everyone special. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable and relaxing dining experience.

I must say that this location of Ricky's is one of the best ones I've ever seen. The staff here are so pleasant and helpful and the food tastes wonderful. my husband and I visit this restaurant quite often because the food and service is so great.

Came to enjoy dinner today, to find the door locked and the lights off. We arrived at 7:10pm and wanted to get the kids eat free promotion. Made our way to the 170th location on as they were open and they DONT honor the promotion. Called Kingsway location to inquire and someone answered saying last call was at 730… really frusterated with both locations will just opt for Boston Pizza next time
Food was good but Ernie was the real treat. What a great server! Even though he was on his own during the lunch rush, he still had a great attitude and a warm presence!

Elaine and I had the best lunch here today. We had and enjoyed the Califresco salad. Our favourite server, Ernie, provided the best and personal service ever. His wonderful personality and attitude made our lunch the best.
