server seemed in a bad mood , I’m assuming the cook was also , toast had lots of butter , none melted , very cold , eggs looked ok but also very cold , Pierogies looked like the tried to cook them but gave up , also , still cold , wife’s potatoes were old , recooked ones , from the day before , very nasty looking , neither of us ate more than a mouthful of the meal , server took the plates with almost a full meals still on the both plates , never said a word . Wasn’t even worth this review because nothing will happen or change , just giving a heads up

Very disappointed, we have been coming here for years, but this last time was not great. Our food was warm not hot like a breakfast should be. My husband had the ham and eggs , the hashbrowns were cold. The ham was really salty. My meal was worse. I had chicken and waffles. The waffles were stone cold and then they out frozen butter on it. I told the waitress about she they always come out like that. Thankfully she got me one that was just made so that was nice. Very sad. Not sure we will be back. As prices are up there and this is now a treat to go for breakfast. ?

I recently heard someone speaking about fast food. The point they were making is that most of the time people aren't looking for an experience, they are looking for something adequate. Enter Ricky's. And you don't enter Ricky's for an experience, you enter for adequate at a reasonable price point. And, for the most part, you get that here. The atmosphere is cookie cutter - looking around, you could be at any adequate spot located in North America. The service was fast, efficient and friendly. The food was adequate, but not nearly hot enough as the butter sat athwart the waffles, perversely refusing to melt. And cool eggs ain't cool; however, the chicken that hitchhiked with the waffles was quite good and the bacon was exactly as ordered and very tasty. The coffee would do a church potluck proud, but that's expected. Ricky's won't rock your world, but you won't leave hungry and you'll still have enough cash remaining to grab a strong, hot java. Adequate, done to perfection.

This restaurant does not and I repeat does not deserve even 1 star. The waitress was almost dismissive even when we walked in. I suppose that should have been our first clue. We were seated by the window and immediately noticed how the blinds are disgustingly dirty (Caked with dust), that should have been out second clue. We continued on to order our breakfast, while we were waiting for our meal I looked up to the ceiling and yep folks the t-bars and duct worked are caked with dust as well. This was our third clue. You guessed it our meal was our fourth clue but that was not enough...I used the washroom...OMG
YOU GUESSED IT...WE WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE GOING BACK AND IT DEFINITELY IS NOT BECAUSE THE OWNER LIVES IN INDIA (info from the waitress when we explained to her why her tip was not more). Surely, it is time for our health people to take a look.

Great, fast service. Took a work group here for a lunch. And despite us not making a reservation yet having a large group, they had our food out quickly to us, with no errors. Food tasted great, and our waiter handled everything on her own. Prices were very reasonable! We will be back

Alem gave us the best service I have had in years! She was quick to get us menus and our orders, and she had a great sense of humour that made us immediately feel welcome if you're looking for someplace to have breakfast here we Go!

The food here was amazing. If you're looking for a nice home cooked vibe I highly recommend. The garlic mashed potatoes are delicious and they gave me lots of tartar sauce with my fish. My boyfriend got the chicken strips which were beautifully soft and juicy on the inside but perfectly crispy on the breading. Our waitress was really nice too! They also have quite the breakfast menu but we went in the evening.
