For a group of 10, our breakfast with everyone ordering and asking for separate checks, our waitress was pleasant, efficient and kept our coffee filled. We all got our orders with a short wait. Food was hot and good for the value. as well.

It was one of our favorite restaurants. We used to go there at least once a month Not anymore!!! I m not sure if the cook was changed or management but it's not the same ! We (6 people) waited about 40 minutes for food, one soup was served , then after 10 minutes another soup and rest of food. I ordered grilled liver, bc here usually was the best .This time it was awful, like the cook had no idea how to prepare it! Was burned, hard like a piece of wood!! After everybody was done eating their food and we asked about bill, the waitress brought a bun for soup!!!! , half an hour later.!!! And beside us, there were only 4 other people in restaurant. So, never again !!!! Just for management, I could not complain right the way to the waitress about my food or not very clean glass because two of us were invited for lunch and it was our recommendation to go to this restaurant. I wish I didn't.

Had a great experience with Akaysha today super friendly and fast service had the breakfast tacos which were a new summer feature they were delicious if I’m being a little critical I found the Tabasco’s on them to be a bit overpowering flavour wise but I’m not really a hot sauce on my tacos girly so if your not a Tabasco’s fan just try to order it without but they were still delicious and I would for sure order them again my husband got the strawberry pancakes and they were great was very reasonably priced and all in all a great experience

This visit was mostly good. Although it took a while for our food, it was over 20 minutes. The server came over after seeing me look over. She told us that the grill and fryer were not functioning and that the manager had to fix them? She did offer us soup while we wait but, we were not interested in soup. I feel a discount should have been offered instead. As we paid full, after we turned down soup, we didn't want 🤷‍♀️
Other than that, the food was good and hot. The servers were good. And the restaurant was clean.

Avocado 🥑 omelet should come with Avocado. Or at least give us the option of changing our order before bringing it out to our table.
The restaurant reeks of ammonia and it definitely influenced my appetite.
We will not be back.

One star is actually too generous for any Ricky’s location.

I have given Ricky‘s far too many chances in my life. Somehow, someway, amazingly, they continue to fail to meet my already low expectation of this franchise.

Here are the cold, hard certainties with any Ricky’s location:

> miserable server who hates their life and their customers
> a vast menu where they do nothing well
> cold eggs or cold fries
> the water to drink though? Surprisingly never cold.
> burnt toast is the only way the serve it up
> wanna substitute your sausage for bacon? Don’t even ask buddy, you get what you get.
> a forgettable meal with a high chance of an upset belly an hour after.
> extremely slow service, even if you’re the only patron in the restaurant.

This location ticked all of the boxes. But like all Ricky’s, they always do.

No idea how this franchise has stuck around for this long. You want breakfast? You’re better off with any other option from any gas station or back alley you pass along your commute to Ricky’s, it can’t be any worse.
Utter embarrassment of an establishment.
