This is my new favorite. Only my second visit and I can not say how much I and my wife enjoyed the meal, the ambiance, service, etc. Love this place, and the prices are quite reasonable.

We went here tonight to enjoy the Downtown Dining Week. We had the arianci balls (yum) and the chicken marsala (delish). It's a lovely decorated restaurant and our server was excellent. I used to visit their restaurants when they were at other locations (2 previous). This one is my favorite!

My friend and I arrived early in the 5 pm hour and had to wait in your foyer quite a while before anyone even acknowledge our presence. Once we were seated and menus given, I had asked for a negroni and was given the drink with a lemon wedge on the edge. Later I was asked how the drink was and I had requested an orange rind be prepared for the drink instead, I was told by the gentleman (bartender?) that he always makes that drink with a lemon. Then he walks away and goes to the bar and slices an orange and walks back to our table and leans over the pony wall and places it on my glass. That felt very awkward for a server/ bartender to approach the table and lean over instead of coming to the open side of the table. The ladies washroom ( which looks fantastic!) smelled like old mop water. The worst part of our evening was when my friend found a piece of metal in the crust of the cheesecake that she had ordered. It looked like it was from a metal scrubber that are used in kitchens. Yes the dessert was taken off of the bill but the whole of the experiences had tainted the evening.

I admit that I am a little biased about this place. It has been one of my very favourite restaurants for over 20 years. I love this place!

We loved the atmosphere, food, and service at Rigoletto’s. It may be our new favourite Italian restaurant. Our pasta was amazing and the servings were pretty big. We both had leftovers for later and had no room for dessert. We’ll be back and update our review once we have dessert.

Sadly, we were disappointed with our dinner when we attended this restaurant. Based on the ratings, we were expecting more. Both pasta dishes and the salad were way to saucy, to the point of swimming. The two pasta dishes ordered were drastically different dishes, but the sauce was identical in flavor. The salad and one of the pasta dishes were carried to the table together and I ended up with salad in my pasta dish when delivered. Overall, it was not a great experience for us attending this restaurant.

Best ribeye in town now. I hope after writing this I'll be able to get a table. LolOne of my girlfriends tried to take me here last year. We drove to where she thought it was (it had been her fave for years) and it wasn't there. We figured it must have closed because of Covid. Flash forward to a couple of months ago and I saw the sign on Jasper. I immediately snapped her a picture and said, I guess your place that you just HAD to take me to try isn't closed after all. We ended up parked in front of it during the Wine show at the conference Center recently which reminded us again. We made a reservation for the following night. BAM was she right! Rigoletto's is an intimate Italian family business. Like the greats! Well run. Fantastic staff and real attention to the customer. I only came for the Ribeye so I haven't had a chance to try their Italian fare. And lord knows I may never, she wasn't lying. The sauce they serve with the ribeye is incredible. Done in an almost honeyed jalapeño sauce, it's cooked to taste and not easily forgettable. It's sides are not as memorable, but it is served with gnocchi that we enjoyed very much. I'd like to say I'll be traveling down the street from home again to try their pasta. But I already have a reservation again for four for this dish again. Well done, Rigoletto's, well done. I thought I knew the two best steaks and their spots in town. I was wrong! Save me a seat after this review!
