Food was amazing. 5 out of 6 dishes we ordered were tasty: trout carpaccio, fire wood mushrooms, strip loin, pork shoulder and chocolate mousse. The cake was slightly too sweet. The servers were cheep and efficient. Overall, we really enjoyed the dinner.

The dinner and food were very amazing the people and staff all around were very delightful and was such a good time the only thing I would say was the time from after our first course came out to the main course felt a little long but completely understandable for how busy and well around the place was!

the food was so delicious! that smashed cucumber salad is perfection. We also had the steak, it's was cooked so well with perfect charring. My husband and I ate an incredible meal for only $120, with great local beer, so I'd say that's a great value these days.

Lovely evening of great service and food. Compliments to the house for feeding us with innovative, creative and delicious food with beautiful presentation. Always look forward to returning.

I throughly enjoyed the meal at this restaurant. I will definitely be back! We had the sourdough with the suggested cheese and herby butter: the bread wasn't what we expected from sourdough bread and grains, it was soft and very flavourful. Then we shared the AMC chicken dish with was such a great fusion of flavours!! If you want to experience a wonderland of flavors, this is the place. Their menu changes due to availablilty if local markets & products. I highly recommend this restaurant. It's also a plus that they have their own brewery!

Biera is one of our favorite restaurants in Edmonton. Beautiful and innovative menu items in a funky, relaxed atmosphere. We love the food, the beverages and the vibe! Our server (Noa) was fantastic- her enthusiasm and k knowledge of the food and beverages was very appreciated, and she helped us create the perfect dining experience. Everyone who helped with our table service was super friendly. The food itself was delicious, and we bought some bottles of the beer to enjoy another night at home. Can't rave about this place enough.

Absolutely fantastic food. Came as a group of four so we shared everything and got to try a variety of dishes. All the dishes we had were delicious: Chicory Salad, Wood-Fired Mushrooms, Grilled Chicken, and Squash Dumplings, and this is coming from a person who doesn't like squash.

I have eaten in over 30 Michelin star restaurants around the world and in over 100 really great places that don't (yet) have a star. This is Michelin worthy - outstanding food, great (and very friendly and smart) service and a lovely place to be. Dishes are perfectly executed, nicely presented and incredibly tasty. Great wine and drinks list and lovely place to be. We'll be back.

Lunch menu is limited but the options were varied enough that everyone could find something appealing. Disappointed that creating your own beer flights was not an option...there was one pre-determined flight and that's all that was offered.

Ordering a steak is always a good test for a restaurant's kitchen. When a steak only comes one way, medium rare, and it isn't cooked correctly, it looks very bad on the part of the kitchen. Having ordered a lot of steaks I have a good idea what the different portion sizes look like and that 6 oz. looked light. We were sitting outside and it wasn't until a regular customer arrived that it was offered to lower the shade. With the sun low it really would have been nice if that was offered as soon as we were seated. Wouldn't recommend and will not be visiting again.

Biera is one of my favourite restaurants in Edmonton, and this visit was no exception. The food was amazing, and our server (I think her names was Paris?) was outstanding and went above and beyond. The beef tartare is one of my favourite dishes anywhere, and the steak, the mushrooms, and the bread are just fantastic as well. I recommend Biera to anyone looking for good food and good vibes.

This Beer wine and food night was superb!! The meal was just AMAZING. We enjoyed the wine and beer pairings and wer surprised on some of our likes. Great idea. Would love to go again. One small complaint is the noise level. Hard to talk or hear as the ceilings are quite high. But that is ok. Alot of places are like that. It won't deter us from coming again. Also sad to hear the Wed night will have different pairings.

We had dinner at Biera a few years ago on a visit to Edmonton and had loved it. We thought we would come back to see if the quality had been maintained. Wow! Even better! We had a fantastic dinner! We ordered pints of their delicious beer. My husband and I shared everything: the sourdough bread, the chicory salad (with pear and pistachios) and the pork with cherry reduction. It was outstanding. What we did not share were the desserts. My husband loved the chocolate mousse and I relished in the orange and fig cake. Our server was lovely, knowledgeable and excited about the menu. We had a memorable meal! Looking forward to eating at Biera again!
