I have ordered food from them online. Some of the items were missing. I spoke to their front staff, but they made no arrangements for the missing items. Very disappointing
I inquired through facebook and they blocked me when I said I won’t order. I was comparing prices from different suppliers of full size lechon and they insisted it was 25lbs for 336 cad plus taxes while others offer over 20kls for about the same price. Which doesn’t make sense because that is almost double weight. So we thought maybe it was 25kls not 25lbs but the person we were talking to insisted it’s only 25lbs. Hence, my reason for not choosing them even though a family friend recommended them. But do they have to block me in Facebook? So unprofessional.
