Went for lunch around 1 had to wait 25 minutes for a table me and my daughter got sat in front of the desert display they had a sign that said caution hot it was extremely hot it would probably be a good idea to remove that table or cover it my daughter is 10 and I was scared she was going to touch it when she was eating NOT SAFE

Such a fun spot in Edmonton!

The food is only 4/ 5 but the vibe is totally worth a visit!

We got the baked potato spring rolls, empanadas (10/10!), and the raspberry lemonade french toast (so fun!)

It's our first time in this diner and it's out new fave place now. We are definitely going back for other food option. We had their roast beef and it's so good. We also had caramel banana French toast and oh gosh they are so good. The service is also great. Thumbs up.

Atmosphere is electric. Service impeccable. Food is diverse. Breakfast is all day. Specials EVERY day. Comforting, and house made food. Healthy options with premium ingredients. So many options, visits become regular.
Expect to wait but be surprised that the wait is rarely as long as they say, the service quick and the kitchen quicker. Nothing to be mad about here.

It was our first time and absolutely amazing. My son LOVED the milkshake the food was hot, and so good. The decor was awesome and it felt like you stwpped back in time. Would only have been made better if staff was dressed to the Era 😜

Rockin Robyn’s has those classic old-school 90s diner vibes, complete with walls full of art, photos, and what I’d call nostalgic knickknacks. They also have retro music playing, which adds to the atmosphere and makes it fun to sing along while you wait. The service was very quick and the staff were friendly, which made for a pleasant start.

We decided to finally check it out after constantly seeing lineups outside every time we drove by. This time, we showed up right when they opened to beat the crowd and see what the hype was all about.

Now, I’m not saying I was disappointed, but I also don’t fully understand the hype. The food was good, but not something I’d go out of my way to recommend to friends. I ordered the salmon eggs Benedict and the breakfast Yorkies. The Benny was average. You really can’t mess up eggs Benedict with salmon, but it didn’t stand out either. The panfries were just okay. Definitely under-seasoned and underwhelming.

The Yorkshire, on the other hand, was great. Perfectly runny eggs, rich and tasty gravy, and a soft fluffy Yorkshire pudding. Honestly, it made me feel like ordering the Benny was a mistake in comparison.

The place does get busy, so while you don’t need to be there right at opening, coming within the first hour is a good idea if you want to avoid waiting.

Overall, it’s a decent spot for a local breakfast. I probably won’t be going out of my way to come back, but if you want to support local and have a pretty good meal with a fun retro vibe, this is a solid choice.

$8.95 Breakfast include Beverage (weekdays 7-9am, Dine-in only) @rockin

I recommend the smokehouse BBQ burger for $2 more you can upgrade to poutine. Iced coffee was strong taste too.
