We came in this morning as my daughter attend U of A and I am in the city visiting. Decided to try a spot near the U of A and this place is such a sweet vibe. Lighting and furnishings make the stay cozy. We tried the Early bird special $11.50 between 9-10 AM. Bacon, 2 eggs, potatoes, and toast. They brought out jam and peanut butter as well as ketchup and hot sauce. The female server was amazingly friendly. The clientele that came in were older and eclectic. A very nice spot to catch up with loved ones.

I'd like to give this place full marks for it's breakfast, but a few things hold it back. The serving size is a bit on the small size, I wouldn't call it inexpensive (expect to pay around $20 per person before tip), and the service isn't fast. That being said, the food is really good and the server was friendly and attentive. I'd recommend it, especially the toast. It's a weird thing to recommend, but it's shockingly good toast.

Unfortunately this place misses the mark. The server was lovely but the restaurant was so hot indoors we had to move to the patio and then the food was not good at all, aside from the pancakes! The hasbrowns are super dry, the toast was almost not buttered at all and the sourdough was disgusting, but the whole wheat was not bad. Eggs almost seemed watery, and wasps everywhere although not their fault. We easily Left half our food on the plates. Do not recommend
