I just went to this location to buy a hoodie for myself and I must say staff is really good,Siohan helped me a lot, she is very knowledgeable and professional she knows the needs of the customer as well as she know how to make customer's mind to make a purchase I think this thing is really good for the business, keep it up the good work and keep making excellent quality products 👍

Worst customer service…. They took more than 15mins to figure out how to apply the 30% off discount for the Black Friday sale… N once I already spent $330 than I found out some of the items were missing.. I had to go back n find those items myself.. Despite the attitude of your staff n poor customer service they still refused to give me a bag..

Store didn’t have any XXL sizes available in anything me or my friends asked about. Very frustrating to not be able to try anything on for size in store. If I wanted to buy online, I wouldn’t have come to the mall. This is a common problem with Roots, as they never seem to carry sufficient inventory for larger sizes in store.

Came in looking for a birthday gift for my mom and was helped by Kareema (sorry if I misspelled her name). She was super friendly, helped me find sizes, set up a fitting room, and kept checking in. We even chatted about my Starbucks order! Amazing customer service, we need more people like her in retail!.

thankyou for running such a lovely store. Got a lovely new leather purse ( my 5th roots purse in many years) & other things. Very clean, excellent staff that are helpful. Roots leather purses last and last, strong real leather with metal zippers. One year warranty on them also.. Enjoying the dark brown new cargo purse very much !
