I have never purchased anything from this location before. But I just might have to one day. It was my first time going there on May 27th 2021 and I enjoyed the experience of just looking around and the assistance I got. The two sales ladies working at the time were so lovely and friendly towards me. They really gave me exceptional service. They were both so knowledgeable on the products, attentive to my browsing needs and took take the time to assist me. They weren’t pushy...
I like roots and want to support this patriotic looking company. But I find their styles are very limited on consumer demands.Or at least my taste. The staff was very nice and courteous.I was hoping to find a medium size olive colored shirt to replace the one I got from roots in the past but I guess solid Heather colors.Today's styles are killer. I did find a nice sweater. But we are going to summer.
