I had an amazing pizza at Rosso. Could compete with the award winning place in Calgary, slight edge to them but well worth the visit. The meatball appetizer was very good. If there was a single complaint it would be the size of the meatballs for the price, a little steep IMHO. Gelato was incredible, pistachio, so good. Lana was a great server. Very professional/pleasant and checked in just enough.

Had brunch here on Saturday and the Eggs Benedict were the best I’ve ever had. The staff were kind, and the owner was great. Awesome music and lighting made for great vibes.

The place wasn't very crowded but it took forever for someone to take our order. An hour later (yes, a full hour), the pizzas finally arrived...tossed on the table in such a rush she didn’t even ask if we needed anything. They were clearly understaffed. But here’s where it went from disappointing to disgusting! while cutting the pizza, we found a short, thick black hair baked right into it... and no, it didn’t belong to any of us... I had a clear view of the kitchen and could see exactly whose head it came from. When we called the server she apologized and said the manager would come by. Enter the manager, who redefined “lack of customer service.” She strolled over with a poker face and not a very interesting tone asking “OK, what’s the problem?” We explained the situation expressed our disappointment and her response was: “OK...what do you want me to do? Want another one?” As if waiting another hour for another hairy pizza was a dream come true. I politely said I’d just pay for my drinks and leave. She shrugged, said “OK, I’ll be back with the bill” walked away, and didn’t even bother to apologize. Only after my friend confronted her did she grudgingly “offer” to comp the drinks and offered us to take the other pizza (which we didn't accept)... the way they treated us it felt more like an insult and also why would we want another pizza from a kitchen that can’t even keep hair out of the food? After over an hour we left the place hungry with disappointment this wasn’t just bad service, it was dismissive, disrespectful, and honestly left me wondering if our treatment would’ve been different if we didn’t have the skin color we do!

Food was scrumdiddlyumptious, although I've had almost as good Italian at lower prices. Also all of the olives on my pizza still had their pits which you can't do after charging me $30 bruh. Bruschetta was okay

I recently stopped by Rosso pizzeria a few days ago, and had to write about my experience. We had been in a car accident just an hour before and I went in to ask the staff if we could park in one of the stalls while we waited for a tow truck. Not only was this staff member so kind and welcoming but immediately asked if we were okay and offered us sympathy and solutions. We were so appreciative especially during our stressful day, and it's wonderful staff like that who create a welcoming environment. Again thank you so much!
