Have a really great experience here today with good food. Most prominently, service was really good as the girl over there was asking proactively about the requirements and made food according to us. 5 star for the girl ?

Too poor customer service
The man who was on the till was so rude and unprofessional . I ordered bhelpuri but the ingredients was stale . It was like prepared last week.

I went with my family to eat dosa together and I was left waiting for my dosa while my whole family was already served. Their service is not the best, everyone at the table should be served their food at the same time so the whole family can enjoy together. Later I asked for my dosa and they served me my dosa without the sambar so I had to wait for that as well. The food itself was okay but customer service needs to be improved on.

we always get 7 dahi kachori at every Royal paan , i don’t know y tamrack is different, when i ask the girl at til she said no it’s come with 7 , i said it was 6, she punch my bill and walk away from there lol and i just tap the bill and walk away from there,she didn’t said anything

Yesterday 12August-24 around 9PM - worst experience ever. Staff not welcoming, unhygienic place. Unnecessary extra masala in every item and masala soda was even worse wasnt able to sip so much masala in it and funny thing when i asked the server that can i have some ice that this soda have too much masala. She said we dont have ice in our restaurant like FR? After paying the whole bill i gave her the feedback that food and experience wasn't like and she was like i cant help. I dont needed discount thats why i paid first and gave her feedback. But server and place was disgusting. Never ever i will visit or recommend this place.
