What a joke this place is. Placed an order for delivery at 430 Eta said 530. At just before 6 I called to check on my order. I was immediately told the driver was on his way. About 5 mins later they called back and said the driver had delivered it but maybe to the wrong house. I checked every house in our crescent and found nothing. They said sorry we will remake it and send it right away. I asked if they were going to compensate me for what was going to be a 2hr wait from time of delivery. I was offered a free 2l pop on a order close to $80. I should have canceled and asked for a refund but my 8 year old daughter really wanted pizza. The food was delivered relatively quick after that still was just over 2hrs to get it. Then at 930 they called to tell me the driver found the original on the grass side of my house but gave me the fresh stuff and brought that back. I could not believe what I was hearing as there isn't really a grass side and I looked everywhere when they called to say it was delivered to the wrong house. All I could do is laugh at the fact they called me back just to lie to me and justify why the only compensation offered was a free pop. I love Royal pizza and the food was good but this will be the last time I ever order from that location. Absolutely laughable that I was lied to twice and then they decided to follow it up with a third lie just to complete the hat trick of lies 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Ordered wings that were not fully cooked and submerged in sauce. Without exaggerating, the sauce filled the tray and the wings were submerged. Absolutely disgusting will not be ordering from here again.

The lat 2 times 1 ordered I could not eat the delivery pizza. (Pepperoni, ham and green peppers) . I don't know what has changed but I find the pizza greasy. I'm am wondering if you get your pepperoni and cheese for a different supplier. The pizza tastes off from before. I ended up throwing them out. Looks like I will look elsewhere since this was my favorite place. Time to explore.

Just ordered the half loaf with tossed salad special. Great price, best tossed salad out there tomato’s, purple cabbage and carrot. The Hal loaf is awesome doesn’t matter which royal pizza you go to be sure it will be good. Staff is always friendly!

This was my first time trying Royal pizza, and it was great. The food was delicious and full of flavour.
Went to the Oil Kings game and tried to take advantage of the Signature Sunday Pizza Promo which offered 1 free small pizza. Tried placing the online order however the promo code wouldn't work. Called in to the Hamptons location and spoke with a person who stated no worries, place the order and they could adjust the price when I came in to pickup the pizza. We ordered 1 large pizza and the 1 small pizza. When we arrived, a lady at the till stated she had never heard of this promotion. I showed her a screenshot of the promo and explained that we confirmed with a staff member. She stated they still could not offer any discount however perhaps next time I placed an order, management may give me a discount. I thought this to be quite peculiar and reiterated the previous confirmation and stated we placed this order under the premise of that agreement. She spoke with another staff and came back stating they would not budge and so I declined my order and left. After we got home, we received a phone call from this lady who asked us to come back to get our order and that she would give us a $10 discount. We noted that we were already home and that the $10 is still less than initially confirmed and what their promo was stating. She then got upset and hung up on us. 5 minutes later we received another call, different person, perhaps same as who I initially spoke with who asked us to come back and they would honour the original agreement. We noted that because we were hung up on and that we were already home, thank you but no thank you. This person was at least apologetic and understanding. Overall, sadly very poor experience.

Customer service horrible. Gave us wrong pizza that we picked up. When called, manager said we have to come back to get new order. I asked can you deliver please. She hesitated. Said it will be an hour and we have to pay delivery fee. I said if I come all the way back will we get some sort of compensation since they messed up. Nope. So now we wait an hour to get our pizza and I will NOT pay delivery fee. Will never order from that royal again

In the past this location has had great pizza. Not sure what’s happened recently, but we were pretty disappointed with our pizza this time. So much sauce and dough, hardly any toppings, little to no cheese. For $50 we were definitely expecting better. Hoping it was just a one off but it will definitely be awhile before we try again.

It's taken almost two years to replace our Calgary favorite Atlas Pizza, but I am finally home after tonight's pizza of Fred's special...omg! Perfection!! If Royal Pizza ever wanted to consider a sit down restaurant in this area, I'd be their first guest!
