I had loaded up the old laptop to write this review because I am beyond surprised by this restaurant. My waitress was named Brooke or Brooklyn and In my years of living had never met such a lovely waitress, she had made my entire family laugh and far passed exceeded the expectations of a waitress, will be coming back for her service. The food was amazing, she had recommended the “Fred Special” and it was done incredibly. Everything from the service, food and how clean the bathrooms were. Great Experience, will recommend to my friends and family. Thanks

As a very large group of 20 + we now come to Royal Pizza every Friday night, it has become our regular spot. They are so accommodating, and friendly! Considering we are generally a party of 20-30 people. The food also comes out surprisingly quick, which tells me they have enough cooks working on a Friday night. I only gave four stars for food because I would really like to see a good quality dairy-free cheese like daiya. I absolutely love their pizzas, one of my favorites in the city! But now I am gluten-free dairy-free, that makes it much harder to eat out. I did just discover that they have gluten-free crust so I'll be trying that next time!

I had a rather not so good experience when I ordered delivery for pizza from a different location so it was very nice to sit in & get exactly what I ordered. The service was excellent & so was the atmosphere. If I could order delivery from this location to my home that is what I'd do but since I live on the other side of the river, it doesn't make sense.

We just wanted a quick bite and found this gem. Pizza is so tasty, and such a quality/price ratio.

This is one of the family's to-go eateries. The food is consistently good, tasty and generous. Since I am infrequently in Edmonton, I am not so familiar with menu items. I ordered a meat loaf sandwich, but got a sub type one. My family was surprised that I was surprised. I actually expected a meatloaf sandwich, not an assorted one. Funny encounter. It's a large room and had usually been seated near the front of the restaurant, so being towards the back was a different experience. It's a family run establishment and has been around since I first lived in Edmonton in the 1990's. It's good to see familiar businesses going strong.
