As a very large group of 20 + we now come to Royal Pizza every Friday night, it has become our regular spot. They are so accommodating, and friendly! Considering we are generally a party of 20-30 people. The food also comes out surprisingly quick, which tells me they have enough cooks working on a Friday night. I had a rather not so good experience when I ordered delivery for pizza from a different location so it was very nice to sit in & get exactly what I ordered. The service was excellent & so was the atmosphere. If I could order delivery from this location to my home that is what I'd do but since I live on the other side of the river, it doesn't make sense.
This is one of the family's to-go eateries. The food is consistently good, tasty and generous. Since I am infrequently in Edmonton, I am not so familiar with menu items. I ordered a meat loaf sandwich, but got a sub type one. My family was surprised that I was surprised. I actually expected a meatloaf sandwich, not an assorted one. Funny encounter.
