We eat at Royal Pizza all the time, however we have never tried the Millwoods location. Either Royal Pizza has gone down hill or Millwoods doesn't follow franchise protocol. The pizza bread & meat sauce was good. I was going to split the pasta with my husband. I ordered 3 extra meatballs. Instead of putting them on the side, they were put with the 3 in the container. That meant there was barely any room fir the spaghetti noodles. The meatballs were $1.75 each and tasted like boiled sausage meat. They looked even worse & my husband refused to eat them. The dog was happy. The tomato sauce was full of chunks of tomato without a very good taste. I asked for a fork and parm & chilli's and was told I could buy a to go kit. Seriously never had any other location do this. Won't gi to this location again. May try another location, not sure ATM.

Ordered delivery baked spaghetti and meatballs with extra sauce/cheese last night, and I have to say this was a disappointment for the money spent. By the time it arrived ,it had leaked through the bag due to the poorly closed lid. The driver alerted me, so the sauce wouldn't end up on me. The food was barely warm and it seems like no care or attention was paid. My other concern is the meatballs were cut in half so we got 1.5 instead of 3 for money paid?? Perhaps a bigger container is required 🤔 or adjust the size of the meatballs. For $32, it wasn't worth the price. ☹️

Not sure what’s happening to this location, however the two large pizzas we ordered Yesterday were cut extremely lazily, no consistent cuts, it felt like the cook just didn’t give a crap 🤦♂️

They brought the wrong size pizza but still charged full price for the small. Then when we complained , they would only offered one person at the table a desert. No thanks we will go elsewhere for pizza

Ordered a pizza for pick up and it looked like they gave us a used pizza box. Dirty finger prints all over it (don’t even want to think about those dirty fingers touching my pizza). When my husband mentioned the state of the box the person handing it to him just stared at him and handed him the box. Pizza looks like it was cut by a child (significantly different sized slices). Was up all night but a bad stomach after eating the pizza.

Been to the Millwoods location and a few others but the Millwoods location, always consistent, good service, decent portion sizes and has never disappointed. Was here tonight for my birthday with a table of 14 people and ordered multiple pizzas. In the past 5 years have had larger group birthday dinners on multiple occasions and always had a good experience and among the best pizza in the city.

i got two pizzas and an order of bbq wings. They were good. however one of the pizzas was burnt and took away from the taste of the pizza. The crust was good. The wings were only mediocre. What I got was definetly not worth the $60, I paid for it comparing it to other pizza places. based off this experience if you are a pizza coniseur I wouldn't recommend this pizza
