Extremely disappointed with today's experience that left me apparently permanently banned. Ive been going to the millwoods location for 16 years and today was my sons 16th. We came in for lunch usual servers we see all the time same booth etc. I had purchased a pizza for a man that was outside. And they decided to make it the least of their convenience to cook it. As we sat well over 30 for just appetizers I asked can the man come in and sit and enjoy his food I bought. The server looked at me with disgust and said no he's a bum he will fall asleep inside as shes demoralizing this man another man enters looking disheveled and smelled and she sat him down no questions asked. I said that is disgusting behavior to judge someone you haven't even laid eyes on. And for you to judge my sense of character is a real let down. She said I'll give him a can of coke for having to wait. At this point I was so disgusted with her attitude I went and sat down our fries and pickle spears and wings had come. The fries were dark brown clearly old oil the wings were deep fried to a crisp and the pickle spears were black. At this point I was just disappointed in the service the atmosphere the food and the attitude. I told her I'll pay for the food I ate and we are gone she said your other food is ready I'll package it and you pay I said nope I will not I'll pay for the disgusting food we have been served and picked at. And that's that. She got all mad and said your forever banned I said no problem..this place has gone so far down hill. Im now sitting at Boston pizza hopefully have some enjoyable food and enjoy my first born 16th bday. Waste of $60 dollars. Absolutely appalled by them. 10 out of 10 dont recommend.
Update: I feel sick I think they took old wings and re deep fried them my stomach is turning and I truly feel I might have gotten food poisoning been throwing up non stop.. what a horrible experience
Also not sure why the receipt she printed me says UNPAID because I have my bank statement to prove I indeed paid for their disgusting food and service.

I am wondering why they make there pizza different from other royal Pizzas....????called and management had no clue!!!!! We'll i will only be going to the OG royal on white ave....from now on at least you get what is called a pizza from them not a soggy sponge!!!!!!

Discovered Royal Pizza today and had such an amazing experience! Our server Emily was super friendly and attentive. We ordered the veg pizza, spaghetti with meatballs, and sweet potato fries — everything was delicious! At first, I thought it would be like Pizza Hut or other pizza places, but it turned out to be a cozy diner with a warm, welcoming vibe. Definitely coming back!

I discovered this cozy pizza diner today itself. Its so good. Me n my friends ordered spaghetti and a pizza. We really enjoyed it and emily served us. She was so kind and sweet. It was our first time and the experience was much better than i expected.

I arrived around 7 PM and noticed that there was only one waitress on duty. While it wasn't a particularly busy time, she appeared to be managing all tasks independently. I am concerned that this situation may not be entirely fair to her, and I also believe it could pose a safety risk given the presence of homelessness and individuals entering the establishment in that area. Perhaps having security personnel would be a beneficial addition..

The Chef Has Gone Mad pizza with spaghetti & meat sauce is absolutely the bomb! It’s like having pizza and pasta all in one bite—pure comfort food heaven. The flavors were spot on, the crust was perfect, and the toppings were generous. Great service on top of it all. Highly recommend!
