Royal Pizza Blue Quill

Busy friday ok. But please. .my pizza was raw- my toast was not even toasted at all...just a piece of bread with garlic butter (even after i went back to the store and they remade it without washing hands) Service was nice but new staff etc and they could not handle the friday supper rush. I used their bathroom and it wss dirty with no toilet paper and i did notice lots of foods ie lettuce, dough and other products just sitting on the countertops. Not proper at all. Spent over $40 and not happy with my food and my visit to the blue quill location tonight. **EDIT** The manager or owner called me tonight and we worked everything out. He was very nice and reasonable. He insists hands were washed and says he has video proof of this. I appreciate the call back and he explained their procedures in the kitchen to me. I have a credit now and will definitely go back on a quieter weekday. Most places avoid problems but these guys dealt with it. Much appreciated!

My son has major allergies to three major allergens - 2/3 were online, however sesame was not.
#1 this is a head office issue, you should be having the major allergens available to the public.
I called this location, with the man working not able to understand me.
The first time I called, the said I will hold you can find out, and then hung up on. I thought maybe he meant to put on hold but guess not.
I called back, same man answered stating to me that he doesn't know what I'm asking of him.
I asked to talk to someone else, he then told me he was the only person working, I questioned him and he said he was the person making food, answering phones and handing out food when customers or drivers come.
Then hung up again.
I called back this time quite angry, he still says I don't understand what you're asking of me. I asked for a number of someone else I can talk too.
( I have family from out of town & they love ( loved) royal pizza or I would have quit way before this.)

He then finally just answered the phone and said ' NO MORE CALLING HERE '

I will never return to royal, I will ensure all my friends and family never do either.

An error was made with our order but pizza was amazing anyways . Owner called me and offered a discount on our next order and I was thoroughly impressed with their response. Well love the taste of Royals pizza. Best in town

Do not get delivery will come soggy and with attitude. From the time I got off my couch and grabbed my wallet from ringing the door bell the delivery guy started pounding on the door like he was about to break it down. So I put the 10$ tip back in my wallet and the pizza came VERY COLD AND VERY SOGGY. I called them and there solution was for the driver to come pick it up and me wait over an hour for a new pizza. UNREAL!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE NO LONGER EXISTS. if you have to drive go to any other location than this one.
The lady called her “upper manager” and they said because they screwed up two previous orders they refused to make it right at all.
I have never been so insulted by a business in my entire life!!!!!!!

Was hot and ready at the pick up time I chose. In and out in minutes and it was sooooo good!

In the past 5 years management has changed. It's not as good as it used to be. Things like free bags of parseman are not a thing anymore.

Great pizza... if u order in advance it generally always ready on time... gave only 3 for atmosphere as this is a pick-up and delivery location... ambience has nothing to do with it.

Small pickup pizza location, not a dine in location. Always delicious always my go-to pizza.

the girl with glasses working here gave a lot of attitude, and constantly looked annoyed when i asked about the menu or prices. i'm pretty sure she was taking personal call with airpods in while making my pizza as well, just overall bad service.

for the pizza, it was okay. i'll probably just go to another location though

This place is a pizza lover’s dream! The crust was light and crispy, the toppings were fresh, and the best part? They never compromise on the cheese—every bite was loaded with cheesy goodness. To make it even better, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly.
