An error was made with our order but pizza was amazing anyways . Owner called me and offered a discount on our next order and I was thoroughly impressed with their response. Well love the taste of Royals pizza. Best in town
Always stellar, timely service for delicious pizza. Our favourite is the Royal Special (hold the olives for me haha).
DO NOT GO OR ORDER FROM HERE!!!!
DO NOT GO OR ORDER FROM HERE!!!!
Do not get delivery will come soggy and with attitude. From the time I got off my couch and grabbed my wallet from ringing the door bell the delivery guy started pounding on the door like he was about to break it down. So I put the 10$ tip back in my wallet and the pizza came VERY COLD AND VERY SOGGY. I called them and there solution was for the driver to come pick it up and me wait over an hour for a new pizza. UNREAL!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE NO LONGER EXISTS. if you have to drive go to any other location than this one.
The lady called her “upper manager” and they said because they screwed up two previous orders they refused to make it right at all.
I have never been so insulted by a business in my entire life!!!!!!!
Added photos does that look fresh or well put together?
Was hot and ready at the pick up time I chose. In and out in minutes and it was sooooo good!
In the past 5 years management has changed. It's not as good as it used to be. Things like free bags of parseman are not a thing anymore.
Great pizza... if u order in advance it generally always ready on time... gave only 3 for atmosphere as this is a pick-up and delivery location... ambience has nothing to do with it.
Small pickup pizza location, not a dine in location. Always delicious always my go-to pizza.
the girl with glasses working here gave a lot of attitude, and constantly looked annoyed when i asked about the menu or prices. i'm pretty sure she was taking personal call with airpods in while making my pizza as well, just overall bad service.
for the pizza, it was okay. i'll probably just go to another location though
This place is a pizza lover’s dream! The crust was light and crispy, the toppings were fresh, and the best part? They never compromise on the cheese—every bite was loaded with cheesy goodness. To make it even better, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly.
Update: I was called to discuss my review. Generally was provided excuses for my concerns (employee confused, etc) and no apology whatsoever. I was only offered a free pizza voucher on my account that I have to use at this location (would not offer a gift card to use elsewhere). So I guess I'll be back one last time.
I have been going to the Strathcona Royal Pizza location since I was a child (25+ years). This is the first and last time I will order from this location (Blue Quill) I don't normally review places, but it was so disappointing.
I was forced to pay extra for a Caesar or Greek salad with the calzone because the no upcharge salad was not available (instead of them subbing it complimentary). When I picked up my order I had to ask for the salad because they didn't have it ready with my order. Had I not, I would have paid extra for something I didn't even receive.
I also asked why there was no marinara sauce with the calzone (I'm certain the Strathcona location always provides this without asking). I was told that it is not complimentary and it was up to me if I wanted to pay extra for it.
As for the food itself, the calzone was extremely underbaked. Parts of the dough inside were completely raw (smelled of yeast and was sticking to my fingers when I inspected it after biting into a piece of gooey dough). The meat next to the dough was barely warm and there was hardly any sauce. Our other pizza was okay.
Overall, extremely disappointing. Do yourself a BIG favor and go to the original Royal Pizza in Strathcona. I hope this location doesn't lose other Royal Pizza locations customers.

YIKES!!!! I am a Royal Pizza fan, however this location falls well short of the others. The place is a filthy mess. I got my pizza and got out of there. When I got our pizzas home they were just as disapointing as the place I got them from. Not the usual golden baked crust with the nice golden cheese baked but undercooked and soggy. I will continue to go to Royal just no this location. Next time you go to this location check it out you might just want to go somewhere else that is cleaner and more hygenic. Just saying!!!

Pizza is good , however the service is worst! If you ask anything the staff answers with too much attitude! They need to correct their attitude towards customer, we are not getting pizza for free! Will not buy from this location (royal blue quill) again!

After a couple of years of not ordering take out from this Royal Pizza location, I decided to give it another try. Not sure if there's been a change in operation/ownership but the pizza appears to have improved and I would put it back on par with the Strathcona location. I've had take out pizza here 3 times in June and the pizza was very good each time. I had the meat lovers, ham, pepperoni, and pepperoni and mushroom.
