We ordered for pick-up and was missing one item for our order. We came back to the store to get our missing order just to be told that they do not have it. It seems like they let us pick up the order knowing they did not have the missing item. Making us drive all the way back to the store. They wanted to make it right and gave us a cheesecake and Apple crisp as a replacement. The apple crisp was frozen cold.

My friend ordered take out & we got a baked spagetti and meatballs to go. I know the in house spagetti and meatballs are very large & generous. The take out spagetti is sad and small! Just an average size metal container. Any other place you'd pay maybe $8—$10 for the size. Certainly not worth no $20. Could have spent that at Boston pizza and gotten something way larger for the price. The pizza was good though. Enjoyed it.

From Jenny's friendly voice answering the phone, to the best Caesar Salad I've ever eaten! To garlic toast, that seemed to have actual garlic in it. LOL Everything tasted very good!!
The night I ordered we had accumulated lots of snow, making the roads treacherous and icy I was surprised when my delivery driver came. I wasn't expecting to see them for another 3/4 hr. The only reason why I only gave 3 stars for service is because I don't live that far away, and was quoted a 115 mins wait time.

I have ordered pizza from Royal pizza for at least 5 yrs. I ordered 2 large pizzas, one pepperoni & the other ham, green peppers. I thought I had at least one wrong pizza, the green peppers were so over done & dark I thought they were Mushrooms. When you pay the amount of money for the pizza’s you do, you don’t expect things to come delivered looking like that. Disappointed to say the least. Added pictures, I don’t see a green pepper that should be served on a pizza, do you?
UPDATE: March 7th I am changing this from a 2 star review to 4 star review, not because the pizza was any different but because the business called me to apologize & to make the situation right. I appreciate that you still believe in customer service & wanted to fix the situation to the best of your ability. Thank you

An ample amount of space in the restaurant. Seating is self served. Waiters are attentive and polite. Food is great. Some favourites included Fred's Special, the Royal Special and the calzone lunch special which is a small calzone and a garden salad.

This restaurant is amazing, the interior looks so cool and the food is the best part, I can’t even describe the taste and flavour of the food there. The waitress was so nice and thoughtful, in conclusion I think this place in absolutely amazing and you should go over there and try it out sometime.
