The food is usually good, but I question the ethics of management that charges 25 cents for a bag but never give you one. They always do this so ask for a receipt and check out the dishonesty. The fact you have to ask for the receipt clearly shows intent to deceive. It’s only a quarter, but shows how little they think of their regular customers.

Wednesday evening parking spots in front of the restaurant are taken by motorcycle riders that intentionally park crooked where 1 bike takes up 2 parking spots. Brought this up to the wait staff and it was condoned. I was told they are regular customers and there every Wednesday. We then made our order and after 53 minutes of waiting we decided to pay for the 1 soda and go somewhere else. Addressing the wait time resulted in learning that waiting that long is normal so I will not be back to give this place a second chance.

There was only one waitress, she was trying so hard to handle all of the tables in the whole restaurant and handle all of the phone calls! She did great considering, but they need more people. Pasta was delicious!

Took over 50 minutes to make 8pc of wings and a poutine. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!
We told them we’re in a rush ,and it’s alright if they couldn’t make it on time we can go elsewhere. However, the lady at the register said it’ll be done quick.
Oh, not to mention, she said it’d be done quicker than that before we paid - and told us 25 minutes after we paid.
Still we ended up waiting over 50 minutes…

The pizza's here are very delicious and crispy. We had Caesar salad and Greek salad which were very generous portions are waitress was very pleasant and efficient. All in all I would recommend Royal Pizza to families and everyone in general.

We tried pizza at Royal Pizza Newcastle location, The ingredients are high quality and the flavors are well balanced. Fantastic, Fresh, chewy, crisp crust..flavourful sauce and cheese. The service is fast and courteous. Staff were very attentive and their service was excellent even though the place was very busy. Will definitely return to this location again. Highly recommend.

I’ve been ordering from Royal Pizza for many years. Although they’re a bit on the pricey side I’ve always gotten quality food and service. Unfortunately tonight will be my last time ordering from there. My order specifically asked for no onions on a large pizza and a mixed order of 16 wings.( $70+ order) When my order arrived there were onions on the pizza and all wings were the same although the receipt stated my specifications. I called the store back and I was asked to take pictures of the food and send it to them and they would contact the manager. I received a phone call back stating they would credit $10 off my next order. I said no thank you, I won’t be ordering from them again. Food quality and customer service has gotten bad for some reason.
