Last night we ordered a Fred Special to go. It was undoubtedly the BEST pizza we have ever had. We were craving it again this morning but had eaten it all last night. This will definitely be our go to pizza place in the future.

Highly recommend that you do not purchase any desserts at this location. Our very first time ordering dessert and it was a complete waste. The cake was hard, and very dry. I would have said it was 3-5 days old. When I called, I was told it was fresh, straight out of the freezer. I asked if it was possible it was in the freezer for a long period of time and was told, "No, all of our food is fresh". Please save your time and money and go elsewhere!

To be completely honest I have to say this is in my humble opinion the best pizza place around. I always order the specialty chicken BBQ pizza and the quality taste is by far the best I have ever had!! I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone. When placing order you are given options, types of sauce, condiments and the list goes on. Well done Royal Pizza you have gained a customer for life Cheers Tom

This place is very dirty seen a guy smoking in the back door without washing his hands starting making pizza. And the other guy made me wait 1hr for large pizzas because I didn't want to tip him.

I've always been a Royal pizza fan and was happy to see one open in my neighbourhood. Finally ordered from this location about 5 weeks ago and the pizza was amazing. I can't remember what we ordered but we requested extra sauce - the pizza was incredible and I am a bit embarrassed to say we ate it all in one sitting. Yesterday we ordered again and it was a very different experience. We ordered beef and onion with fresh tomato and it was - meh - even though we ordered extra sauce it really didn't have any flavour. I am not sure why there was such a difference? The delivery driver was very nice and friendly though.

Usually love Royal Pizza, but calzone dough was raw in the middle, pizza dough wasn't as fluffy as it usually is from Royal, the Lasagna was almost completely liquid with shredded lasagna noodle pieces, and and they gave me the wrong dip. Too bad, because this would have been my go to.

Tonight we ordered a royal special. We normally get that and it’s pretty tasty but tonight we got home and noticed it was extremely spicy and almost right after eating a few slices, The started feeling sick I called them to inform them about the pizza said maybe it was made wrong or something they told me the manager will review the tape to see how it was made and would call me right back did not hear from them at all. Wasn’t expecting anything. Just wanted to let them In case something was added, either way, customer service was sloppy felt like a brush offAdd on to original post today 05/4I in fact call there again cause I still did not receive a phone call. A worker answered sounded like he definitely didn’t want to be there, but his tone filled him in on the situation. Put me on hold for literally 30 seconds comes back says manager didn’t see anything they said is he there? He said no I said that how do you know what he said? He said he called him, hard to believe it only took 30 seconds told him we ordered the same pizza every time it’s never been spicy today it was he said oh well would not recommend going to this one. Leave the Royal Pizza go to the Royal pizzas. Customer service means something because this place doesn’t mean they don’t care they’ll just take your money and you’ll be on your way, horrible place
