Pizza's a very good and affordable. We got large pepperoni for only $23 tax included. There is area to eat in. Picked up the order, upon payment, the point of sale terminal will prompt a tip. It automatically list the amount to tip - 15%, 20% etc. The is an option for no tip. However this is very uncomfortable for the person paying. Feel obligated to give a tip.
Pick up orders should give the option to pay without being prompted to provide a tip. Total amount of payment should be displayed without the option to tip. This is for take out.

I was there with friends for lunch. We all ordered different food, some of us got our order right, some got the wrong item, and some didn't get their whole order. It wasn't a smooth experience, some what stressful. The food itself was not that good.I wouldn't go back, and wouldn't recommend it either.

I love the lasagna probably 100x more than Garfield would!!! The food is always so good and so fresh!! But tonight, the food got here so fast when we dug in I burnt the roof of my mouth!!! AWESOME!!! Will continue to be a loyal customer!!

Ordered a beef and onion pizza with fresh tomatoes. Picked up the pizza, got home and it was burnt, no Pitt sauce, next to no toppings, the tomatoes were cut so thin that you could see through them. I contacted Royal Pizza through their website, and was told that someone would get back to me shortly. Well, here we are 8 days later and I’ve heard nothing from them. I wish that I could leave less than a 1 star review. Worst customer service ever!!!
We ordered a gluten free vegetarian pizza. It was the absolute worst pizza I have ever tasted. The bottom of the pizza was cooked like hard cardboard. It was so bad that it was impossible to cut the slice in half. The top of the pizza was soggy and not cooked.
I called the restraunt to tell them about the pizza and was told that it always happens. They offered me a second pizza, but was also told the pizza would be exactly the same no matter what.
I told the person on the phone that I had never had such bad pizza or service. I suggested they take it off the menu because they didn't want to put a piece of junk on the menu just to have something.

Last night we ordered a Fred Special to go. It was undoubtedly the BEST pizza we have ever had. We were craving it again this morning but had eaten it all last night. This will definitely be our go to pizza place in the future.

Highly recommend that you do not purchase any desserts at this location. Our very first time ordering dessert and it was a complete waste. The cake was hard, and very dry. I would have said it was 3-5 days old. When I called, I was told it was fresh, straight out of the freezer. I asked if it was possible it was in the freezer for a long period of time and was told, "No, all of our food is fresh". Please save your time and money and go elsewhere!
