I loved Royal pizza for 32 years, then they changed the cheese. The pizza tastes like a bubbling goo. I seen a skit on Saturday night live and they were marketing a pizza called "All most Pizza" needless to say Royal pizza should reverse direction and start making Something that doesn't taste like a science project. Ordered 1 Royal Loaf with salad. Got 2 loafs, no salad. Couldn't hear the worker and apparently he couldn't hear me with the order I received. Emailed Royal Pizza with my complaint, the reply was they would contact the site and get me the salad!? A little late for that I think. Also informed me that I could phone in the order or by email. Missed the point of my complaint totally .

Been coming here for years. Food has been fantastic until recently. Pizza and lasagna is about the cheese... It's always been part of the experience. We all know that. I understand that probably the most expensive part of making it. But, once you increase your prices, the food quality needs to stay the same. Over the last year it's been very disappointing. Yesterday, was the last slap in the face. You restaurants are now all the same. Put a single Millimeter of cheese on the top, just to make it look presentable, and once you hit it with your fork, there isn't enough cheese to taste it over the $0.30 of noodles! On your quest for profits, you chase away your customers because they aren't getting what they pay for.

We are from Calgary and we were visiting Edmonton. Stopped in at Royal Pizza for lunch. They had great lunch specials and the pizza was delicious. We will definitely be back when we are in Edmonton.

Pizza good enough.ONLY ISSUE, A 2nd UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE THE SAME DAY. I don’t appreciate seeing my credit card charged twice. Now I have to go and spend time dealing with my bank and lodging a complaint to get my money back.BEWARE of the double dipping sauce

This location has been charging us More and giving us Less for quiet some time, I was disappointed when I ordered Poutin, WOW half the size, not the old CHEESE, GRAVY from who knows where, Fries under Cooked, a disaster, I have been a customer for 40 years I will NOT BE BACK !!!

My husband drove to pick up our order only to be told they had mistakenly given our pizza to someone else. They then offered him a different pizza that had been ordered by another customer!
